クオリティ イン & スイーツ(Quality Inn & Suites)

Was told I could check out at noon instead of 11. Was informed at 11 that wasn't allowed... so I asked the price for another night and if it would be possible to switch to double beds. After already telling me a few mins prior she would let me book another room she decided once I told her there were two people in the room which was on my reservation but I had two more people helping get things together that hadn't been there for long. Didn't tell me why I had to check out all of a sudden or anything.

The pics needs to be updated (BIG LIE) their is not a hot tub nor jacuzzi in no room!!!

The Hotel staff was very friendly. We found it was convenient to our Event and close to Food & Shopping.

Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful. Made it very easy to check in and out.

The room smelled like they were trying to cover up cigarette smell. The door looked like it had been pushed open at some point and they did not repair the frame making us feel a little insecure. Looks like they are trying to make improvements I don't feel like I got much for my money compared to other hotels. Don't think I would stay there again.

We encountered two different staff members. Both were not friendly and seemed like they did not want to help us check in/out. Floors were not vacuumed. Bathroom floor was also very dirty with dead bugs and hair. The door to the bathroom does not close all the way. Lots of holes in the walls that they tried to cover up with plastic covers but the wholes were too big. Water marks and damage on the ceiling and walls. The room smells bad. We had to use an air freshener. The bed sheets, blankets, pillows and chairs all have stains. Luckily we brought our own. WiFi does connect but is extremely slow. We did not try their breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel at all. We needed a place to stay for one night and we got that. This place is disgusting, smells and everything is in poor condition including the staff.

This place is very dirty. I want to stay there ever again and breakfast is very poor.

Towels were dirty, mattress and sheets were dirty bathroom was dirty, shower curtain with stains and super dirty, breakfast bread smelled like it was old like a bottle of alcohol.

Our room smelled bad. Dirty…the sink and mirror and faucet were all filthy. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been swept. The toilet was also pretty dirty. Both lampshades were broken like someone punched holes in them. Overall for the price we paid I expected a room that didn’t turn my feet black walking on the carpet.
