アティタ ブティック ホテル(Athita the Hidden Court Chiang Saen Boutique Hotel Certified)

We booked this place because of the impressive reviews online. However, I was a bit disappointed when we actually checked in. Below is my rundown. The Good: The food is healthy and delicious. The hotel's design is wood-themed which makes things interesting if you want to get in tune with nature/meditation and all that. I can tell the hotel invested heavily in quality of the building and furniture. The lower-level staff (cleaners, waitress, security, etc.) were superb as usual in Thailand. The Bad: Finding the hotel is confusing even when using Google Maps and it doesn't help that there is next to no signage to assist with locating the hotel. The managerial staff seemed aloof, distant, and apathetic - not what you expect at Thai standards. The room's aesthetics were great if you like wood but the room was NOT functional - examples abound but essentially, the design did NOT allow good and efficient organization and placement of your things. Summary: This place is great for a single traveler or couples with minimal luggage - not great for families with kids. We paid about $200 per night for our room and it was definitely NOT worth it at that price point, which is why this review leans toward the negative. In my view, the reviews online do NOT accurately review this hotel.

Firstly, thank you to all staff at Athita Chiang Saen you are all so friendly. This is my first time in Chiang Rai and I got unforgettable moments here. The hotel decoration is simple and risks wooden but makes me feel at home. The hotel amenities are meet my expectations. However, if someone looking for convenience travel as a city hotel this place might not your choice. I love this area because its a lot of local points of interest, a temple, an art gallery nearby, not too far from the river, and is rich in local cultures. The resort owner is also very kind, Thank you to all staff once again. I will be back soon as I promised.

Accueil très agréable, chambre vraiment très jolie. La structure de l’hôtel est bien dans le style thaï. Il y a peu de chambre mais la notre numéro quatre était très bien équipée et aménagée avec goût. Le repas du soir était excellent. Certainement en raison du Covid-19 les cartes sont sur tablette permettant en plus de visualiser les plats ce qui est une bonne idée. Petit déjeuner très bon également. Une bonne adresse si vous êtes dans le coin.
