ホテル ダイヤモンド チコ(Diamond Hotel)

It's a beautiful old hotel and lovingly renovated. Breakfast was yummy but only included for 2 of the 4 people staying in our room which seemed a bit of a bummer really, and we had not been informed of that in our reservation. And we were there on Christmas Day so I might have...I mean I really might have, if I were the hotel, included the 2 others as a Merry Christmas, no? Oh well, lost opportunity but no big deal as Starbucks was right down the street for the two who didn't get to eat. Rooms are small, but beds are great, so quiet inside we hardly knew anyone else was there. We did not use the garage parking because of the holiday you could park right on the street. Pleasant service, great place.

The Hotel Diamond was a great place to spend a couple nights. Staff at the front desk was courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location can’t be beat. My only caveat is that a Saturday event hosted in the restaurant downstairs had loud bass and talking from around 8-11 pm (event ended at 10 pm) and the front desk didn’t have earplugs on hand. Friday night was very quiet, so weeknights are likely to be safer for early sleepers.

Such an amazing stay. We stayed 3 nights. Centrally located. We walked everywhere. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The property over-all was very nice. The complimentary breakfast with top flight. The staff could not have been more accommodating. What I didn't like was the heating/cooling did not work well and even with a curtain and a black out curtain over the windows, I could feel the cold coming in and the heater did not overcome that. Also, while I admit I reserved a basic room, the hotel charges for water. I think that's tacky and for that simple reason, I doubt I will stay there again. The lowest price room was over $200. I think free or at least one free bottle of water isn't asking too much.

We were in Chico for a wedding and I knew the wedding party would be going out downtown after the wedding. This was a lerfect place to stay.

Lovely Hotel for our quick trip to Chico from MT. Location was perfect, easy walking to parking and shopping and restaurants. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Private bathroom was perfect and we had easy check in and out. Included breakfast was amazing and more like brunch! Great Hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in a King Executive Suite called the Chico Room.The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We received 2 vouchers each day of our stay for a delicious brunch. This is the best place!

Really enjoyed our stay. It was the 1st time to Chico and the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and kind. When we asked questions about where to eat or go for entertainment they were very informative. Will stay there whenever we go back.

We have stayed here many time and will continue to do so. Best place to stay in Chico. Walkable to many food options, the included breakfast at a nice place on property is a big plus
