Best hotel in Chincero!!!! Edgar and his family are so welcoming and kind. Luna his daughter is an amazing artist, she draw these cute little drawings and has a such a sunshine energr, his son randy is also a huge music enthusiast, and carolina his wife is an amazing cook. I spent 1 week there solo, and they took great care of me. havingn breakfast every morning in their kitchen felt like part of a family. The beds are really comfy and the rooms spacious. there is hot water, and the beds have warm covers for the cold weather! they also have portable heaters incase you get cold at night. There is a restaurant called Merienda, which is 5 minutes with a taxi, honestly the best restaurant I found in peru. food is cooked with love and super fresh. I highly recommend heading to this boutique hotel as a stop throughout your journey! Lovee you gusy!!

This was my best place during my trip in Peru, I stayed there for 3 nights. Room was beautiful and clean with very comfortable bed. The hosts are lovely family, helpful with any thing. They make delicious homemade food also vegetarian! Edgar is also a travel guide so we went for the unforgettable trip around Chinchero. This place is amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful time visiting Machu Picchu with Edgar. He was recommended by a friend who toured with him several years ago and from our first conversation I knew we didn’t want to go with anyone else. He was so friendly, informative and responsive and helped us organize our one day tour in just a few conversations, lining it up exactly as we’d hoped and for a very competitive price. He came to our Airbnb one day before the tour and helpfully explained everything we’d need to know. This put us at ease and made us even more excited for our day together. The day-of logistics, from the early morning pickup, to train tickets, to meals and all other travel were impeccably arranged and allowed us to focus all of our attention on the experience. Spending time with Edgar was the highlight of the day and his experience as a tour guide, care for the sacred site and culture, and attention to detail were palpable. His explanations, enthusiasm and humor carried us through the whole visit and we enjoyed every minute of it. We especially loved the hike up Huayna Picchu! We would absolutely recommend a stay and/or tour with Edgar to anyone traveling to Cusco and we hope to get to arrange another one in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience Edgar!

Edgar and his family are so wonderfully inviting and really treat each one of their guests like family. He took me out on a bike round to show me around town and even lent one to me the next day for a solo adventure! The home cooked meals are delicious and the entire stay felt incredibly homey, I couldn’t recommend the Chinchero Boutique Hotel more highly :)

If you travel to Cusco definitley contact Edgar. Edgar has so much knowledge and wisdom of different sites. Me and my partner visited 3 days of sacred sites, a full day of machu pichu and another day of rainbow mountain. Edgar taught us so much about the culture and history of each place we visited, Edgar is a person with a lot of knowledge. We stayed at his boutique hotel where we felt like one of the family, the beds were comfy, the rooms were very nice, hot water and good water pressure made it an awesome stay. We are very grateful to Edgar and his family and look forward to visiting again in 2025 :)

Have you ever been to the other side of the world and met up with a family member? Edgar, Ruben and Alfredo were some of the best host ever. Like I said family. They made sure everyone in our group was accommodated. One gal was having trouble with a climb and one of them stayed behind to keep her company. I will definitely use these guys again. Safe, friendly, caring, kind, amazing, sweet, thoughtful, loving, knowledgeable, authentic, I could list 20 more adjectives but I'm sure you understand. A+

Edgar was a great guide for us. We liked the way he conducted the Cusco city tour. He told us loads of personal experiences, which made it a unique tour for us. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend it to all travelers visiting Cusco and discovering it's magic

Lovely family-run hotel. Spacious warm rooms and healthy, delicious breakfast. The host Edgar is excellent, generous and warm-hearted. He's very knowledgeable of the sacred valley and its traditions and culture. He helped me a lot throughout my stay in tailoring my trip to suit my needs beyond what I originally expected. We both took a tour to Mt. Katunky and Mt. Ausangate together which stands out as one of my highlights from my stay in the Andes. If you stay, it's well worth organising a trip with Edgar and making the most of his expertise while you're there.
