Accomodation is average. Small cockroaches in bathroom, at least ten at one time. Cleanliness was average with a layer of dust on the lamps and the pictures. Very strange to have three footprints on the ceiling. Lady in reception was nice though.

Handy to town centre, lovely setup. Shame the restaurant/ cafe wasnt open. That would have made it a perfect place to stay. Such a nice area around the pool to have a coffee.

Really good place Need to go to chinchilla monthly and will return. Barra at the restaurant is superb🐟🐟

The owner was drunk and annoying. Asked for info and she was Not helpful at all because she was too drunk to care about her business. And i mean drunk! Slurring and staggering around . Just a joke really. Rooms ok restaurant not open.

definitely not a 4 star motel at best I would rate it 3 stars, 2 bedroom family room the shower head leaked severely and needs replacing, there were hundreds of mosquitoes in the bedroom and German cockraches in the bathroom, the couch was riddled with stains and the dining chairs. The only good thing was the size of the room, for the price I paid to stay I was extremely dissapointed. The room and pool need maintenance and renovations new furniture etc as its all worn and stained. The pool had bugs swimming in it.

2 nights 16/ 17 .5.23 Wont stay again. New owners very rude on checkkng in. Did not notify me restaurant does not open for breakfast anymore so i went to work without. Had dinner there ordered well done got rare . 2nd night chicken was raw in centre. My .room had awful smell so bad i went and bought air freshner. and could not use laundry as it had things in it.. really a shame as this motel has always been my go to. Never again!

The Palms Motel in Chinchilla was lovely spot to pull up for the night of a long day travelling.Very friendly and welcoming staff in reception on arrival and departure,lovely clean and fresh rooms and a very comfortable bed.Lovely place to stay and highly recommend The Palms Motel,Chinchilla.

I cannot fault the friendly welcome, comfortable rooms and amazing service. I regularly stay in chinchilla for work reasons and would not consider staying anywhere else. Thanks so much for always making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. True country hospitality

Friendly staff, and my room was clean. I asked about a microwave and within minutes it was delivered to my room. Nice ensuite and well-appointed. There is an onsite restaurant that provides a good choice of meals and breakfast. They also have a lunch pack which is delicious and very reasonable and comes with morning tea, a piece of fruit and a muffin, and a bottle of water. for lunch a choice of sandwiches and soft drinks. Good value.
