ウォーターサイド イン(Waterside Inn)

Quaint spot on the water, quiet and comfortable (we stayed in December). Noice low key getaway for the off season.

Our bathroom needed caulking to be redone. The toilet lid was cracked and there were ants in adjacent room to bathroom. The lady serving breakfast wasn’t as nice as they usually are. It would be nice if you went back to the breakfasts you had pre Covid.

It's fine if you're looking for basic hotel accommodations. The open patio with a view of the water was nice. Staff were friendly. On the downside, the water temp in the shower changes from hot to cold without warning; and the bath towels are raggedy, small and old.

Can hear a lot of noise. Walls aren't sound resistant. Only thing I didn't like.

The view was outstanding, the location is great, the people are friendly, the place was clean and the shower was good. The beds were OK, a little squishy for my taste. It's a bit dated, but meets the requirements for a comfortable stay.

The Waterside Inn is ok, breakfast is so so, staff was fine, room was ok, a little noisy from the above room. It was a great location to explore the Chincoteague and Assateague areas.

Amazing place in a great location. Super clean and comfortable. Alice at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with my ancestry journey.

nice views, nice staff on first day but super rude staff on the second day, mattress made my back hurt

This was our first stay at Waterside Inn while on the island. We will for sure stay here again. The inn is very very clean. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are good too and there were 4 per bed which is always super nice. The trolley stop out front makes it super convenient to get around the island. Easy and scenic walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Every room has a water view. Heated pool. We swam Friday night in October which was very fun. The hot tub room is nice too. We enjoyed it both nights and had it to ourselves and it has a great view.
