Overall, my stay at Mountain Club Resort was enjoyable, thanks to the beautiful location, comfortable cottage, and excellent service. While the food could use some improvement, the overall experience was positive. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in Chinnakanal(Munnar).

They have not improved. Would never recommend the place. Food is too expensive. charging overrate for a CB. No activities , no common campfire. Bathrooms are too small. All activities were chargeable. Location was good. But the maintenance and cleaning was not up to expectation. There is no air conditioning in these units, you had to use the fans. Wifi is common and got disconnecting frequently, called reception to complain but they just made excuses. The cottages are very basic, furniture in the sitting room was uncomfortable, TV was so small it wasn't worth watching. We arrived about 4pm. Tried to catch tea and receptionist said time was exceeded. But when we went pool side tea was there. This is advertised as a resort but there was nothing to do here. The restaurant could do with updating. Service was bad. Nothing great about the food either. Disappointing place. Only one or two driver staffs were friendly. Other staffs were not even asking for anykind of helps or services. No value for money,

Good stay.... Beautiful place ...need to improve on food & staff communication..we had great friends & family trip in thz resort....thanks to Lalu ***ager of the this club..who took interest in all means to ensure our comforts...V all loved the stay here😍

The experience in mountain club was totally awesome! We were a group of 15 people and we had a great time and experience at mountain club. Staff were kind and they helped us in guidance the plan for each day. Food was amazing and we all loved it. Kids had a great blast and they enjoyed the stay for 3 days. I have interacted with Lalu (staff) from day one and he is was extremely patient to address all the questions and queries. He was always available for a quick call and he helped in making our stay more comfortable. He customer relationships is just amazing. Such people make difference for the entire trip. Thanks so much Lalu and the entire staff for making this trip as a memorable one.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The FO ***ager and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, the restaurant has very good food and the room service was fast. I loved the interior antique design of the room and the view is impressive. Very good experience!

Good location cottage type rooms with good view. Property is having good British architecture.Food was good staff were very polite and helpful

Staff is courteous and services were great. Awesome cottages layout with great lave view from balconies. Bathrooms were fully equipped with 24/7 running hot water. Really enjoyed infinity pool during our stay. Buffets items were delicious with wide selection of dishes.
