What a welcome we got - great staff and good amenities - very good upkeep of the property. Comfortable room. We really slept well. Nice hot breakfast with juices and coffee. As a Bonvoy Platinum for life customer, felt welcomed. A great send off by the ladies at the reception. Well done Team Residence Inn. Will be back on our next drive to Chicago from Canada!!

The front desk team was great and very friendly. The maintenance was very fast I asked about my curtains they replaced them the next day miss Brittany was a great help. Mr. Jason makes a wonderful weekend breakfast. Miss Rose always leaves my suite clean and smelling nice.

The staff is phenomenal. Overcomes the old decor and the need to remodel. Can’t praise the staff enough.

Very nice place. The front desk attendant was extremely inviting and welcoming. Sometimes over the top service can come off as misogynous, but this was not the case at all. I believe that lady is just that, a very nice lady. They even had a personalized hand written welcome note with a goodie bag and everything.. It was a very nice touch. Thank you

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was perfect, clean and spacious. Saturday morning breakfast was great but Sunday, was not. They only had small plates out and the eggs and sausage tasted fake. My only room complaint would be to get better bed pillows. They felt like they were just pillowcases stuffed with stuffing. Not firm or comfortable. Otherwise, we will be back.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. i had a little birthday get together there got the two bedrooms suite with the fireplace me and my friends were racially profiled by autumn and this lady with green hair , they called the cops on us 5 cops pulled up and we had just gotten back to the hotel from spare time and when we got to the room we ate the rotel i made so we weren’t gonna eat and talk and you walk past this other room on the hallway and you hear people yelling and stomping so automatically they think it’s us just bc we’re black ? what do you gain from being ****** ? so thank you autumn and the lady with the green hair you ruined my day and i will be calling corporate i want you guys fired for ruining my bday and racially profiling me. and i have videos too i want yall to look at them security cameras and see what they were talking about too bc when one of my friends went down there he overheard them talking very ****** . so don’t even try to lie bc i got stuff on camera and yall have it in 4k too

Hotel was very basic, but was fine for our purposes. The property is definitely ready for a refurbishment. The black out curtains were torn. Rooms were fine. However, we stayed four nights and the rooms were not freshened at all during our stay. Not even to empty trash or freshen towels. I would probably look for another place to stay next trip

The advertisement for this property listed a pool and hot tub. The pool was closed for the entire stay and there is no hot tub on the property. This is false advertisement so we were very disappointed. I bought a new swimsuit and couldn't wear it.

The carpet had many stains. Breakfast was limited and cold food. The place needs updating but was ok. Staff was attentive to the not having room keys issue. They had to let everyone in to rooms over 24 hours.

The staff at Residence Inn were amazing. Very professional, accommodating, friendly and attentive. They are honestly the best thing about the place. From pictures and other guest reviews.. it’s not entirely accurate the condition of the property. It is in due for renovations, the owners mentioned it when I bumped into them at the end of my stay. The towel rod fell down multiple times in the bathroom, the bedroom’s black out curtain were ripped with the entire panel gone… it surprises me that they will leave it like that for guest. The property is smoke free, however the first room received smelled like fresh cigarette smoke, not from a guest that checked out earlier before. Very concerning considering that the cleaning of the room was just completed by staff while we waited to check in. The staff were quick to resolve and relocate us which was greatly appreciated. The rooms also smelled musty like there is poor circulation/ventilation. Overall an average property, looked way better in pictures because in person it did not look the same. The staff were amazing and the best part about it.

Room was very run down. Tack ***** showing in the living area, curtain falling off of the wall, carpet stained, couch stained, complete door missing from the bathroom vanity, stained walls, all furniture damaged. Received no daily room service, no fresh towels, didn't empty trash or replenish coffee. Lobby and outside looks nice but where it counts, in the room, big fail.

Was pretty disappointed.. The room was very run down. Curtain falling off the wall, stained carpets, stained couch, tack ***** showing in the kitchen, the bathroom vanity missing a whole door, stained/water damaged walls. The room itself wasnt the cleanest. Plus.. absolutely no room service. We were there 3 nights and not once did we get clean towels or garbage taken out. Wouldn't recommend.

Enjoyed the room I was in, however, the tub keep fulling up each time I had a shower. But other than that I enjoyed my overall stay

Very well maintained property. Rooms are basically mini apartments, with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and cook top. Will stay here again.
