ヌールチャンツ グランド ヌール(Noorjehans Grand Noor)

As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. I asked for changing the linen and pillow covers, to which the hotel boy claimed that there are no more linens at the hotel. Then I asked for a room change, to which they agreed and gave me a room which was dusty enough to give me an allergy trigger. I've stayed in this hotel a year back and it was much more better last time. If you are looking for a clean and tidy room with better service - Keep away from this hotel.

We visited the restaurant at grand Noor in the mornjng for breakfast. The place looked nice and fancy from the outside although to our utter shock, the place was stinking the bathroom very dirty. The seating and tables were dirty with stale sambar marks on it. Our order was taken after 15 min of being seated. Finally the food arrived all cold and shabbily presented. When the matter was taken up to the billing person sitting outside he seemed unperturbed with all this and just spoke like it is all ok and reasoned saying staff not available. Extremely bad experience. Never visit the place especially if you are with family. They should rename themselves to “Noor hostels”

I have booked a deluxe room for two days at your hotel (for the 24th and 25th of this month) checked in the hotel by 10 PM on and the room allotted to me 2202, the bathroom was not at all cleaned (With a used towel, used soap and latrine was so bad) this room Keyholder was very loose that it will lead to a power cut at any time. I lost my sleep the whole night. No Hot water is being supplied. I ordered Chicken barbeque and it smelt rotten! The waiter accepted it was rotten and took back the food. Later the manager said it's the smell of the sauce replacing the old one. The next day they changed the room where the water in the commode was clogged and things were worst. Once again they gave me the third room that was too small where I booked for a double deluxe room. End of it, I left my suitcase at the reception during check out (9 AM) till 4 PM I didn't get any call from the hotel about the suitcase being left at the reception. I found I left it and I called the hotel. 0% guarantee on safety. Very Very Bad Experience at This hotel and I would never book this hotel and my strong recommendation is also not to choose this hotel.

We had 18 rooms booked for a wedding in Palakkad on 19th and 20th of this month. Different families start arriving at different times and the early check-ins found out that the rooms were provided with out clean sheets and most amenities lacking and a totally non cooperative staff who are few in numbers, unable to help. The early arrivals alerted the late comers and 5 of them chose not to stay there and cancelled booking, losing money and opted to stay at other hotels. Some rooms had no water, some had no kettle, no towels and toiletries. Worst is the attitude of the owners of the restaurant, "Open Grill". I was having a Electric Vehicle which need some top up charging . The Hotel staff allowed me to charge it from the restaurant. After lot of hassle from the owners of the restaurant agreed to let me charge after 12 midnight for a hefty sum of ₹500/, bargaining, and even insisted instant payment. Since I was in my pajamas and not carrying my wallet and I refused to go to room and wake up my family who are sleeping, he took my car key remote and kept it with him. The car was disconnected by the watch *** around 6 in the morning without being fully charged. Only 50% was charged even though we had agreed for 65%. They still insisted for full payment of ₹500/ which would normally cost less than ₹200. More than the high rate it was the attitude of the restaurant operators that hurt us. We only had our complimentary breakfast and none of our 30 guests ate there, so can't comment about their food. Caution: If you are with an EV, don't expect to charge there. All in all none from our party will ever stay there, again.
