Receptionst was very rude to me when we checked in. Disrespectful and totally shouldn't be working in customer service. Perhaps a short time in USA, UK or Spain would teach her how to do it properly. Stayed here plenty of times, first time I've been unhappy.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly and made myself, my husband, baby and dog feel very welcome and well looked after. The garden was a wonderful place for our dog to let off some steam (although note it’s not closed off so some good recall might be needed!) and the pool was a lovely area. Given some of the other reviews I was expecting the more to be a lot more dated but our junior suite was very spacious and comfortable and worked well for us. The food in the restaurant is wonderful but is very expensive and service is slow - we got the impression that the more you spent (e.g. most expensive set menu, wine pairing etc.) the more attention you were given by the waiting staff. A two night stay here with breakfast and our dog cost us €700 which seems very expensive - whilst it was a nice place with lovely staff the value for money doesn’t quite add up.

This place was such a miserable stay. It was meant to be a respite and a belated birthday gift. My husband spoke with this property multiple times to confirm details of the room layout and particularly the status of air conditioning. Do not believe their listing. Our 3-room family suite has 1 room with air circulation via a mini split. The room meant for our children has not ventilation and is 80F. This is the same temperature as outside - not air conditioned. The staff were unhelpful in addition to previously being misleading about the room status. Look elsewhere unless you want a glorified roadside motel with no lift and spotty to no air conditioning depending on which room you’re assigned.

This hotel is very well located right in the heart of Burgundy, and ideally placed for exploration of the area. It is conveniently close to the motorway enabling easy access. We have stayed here before and the dinner, as always, is fantastic. The rooms do need Some upgrading and modernisation, but that is made up for by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff

The property is well located and not far from the vineyards. The rooms were in good shape. The outside needs a good cleaning and minor repairs The restaurant did a great job for our dinner

Given the reviews and costs this hotel completely failed to satisfy our reasonable expectations on a number of points. The bathroom had clearly been untouched for many years and the shower was positively dangerous both in entering and getting out due to both a step and a sliding door which meant you could only get in or out sideways. The room was generally grubby. We were not made aware that this hotel is on a main road that has constant traffic. The dining room was lovely and the staff were exceptional but the main courses were completely inedible. We informed the waiter that we were not happy with the food as with the receptionist the following morning when we came to pay our bill. No allowance was taken into consideration and the bill was charged the full amount. We do feel that we should not have been charged for the food.

A truly lovely small hotel filled with charm, even in the depths of winter. The staff were most helpful and the restaurant was to die for…absolutely brilliant and insufficient words to describe just how good it was!

This is a very quiet, very charming hotel. This is the perfect place looking for those looking for Burgundy charm in a small hotel run by very passionate owners. Every staff member we interacted with was great. The breakfast is amazing - fresh, big selection and delicious. Love the breakfast/bar area. Enjoyed afternoon tea, drinks and dinner her as well. Too cool to swim but we were able to sit on the back patio and enjoy some quiet sun. This is located on a highway so not the best place to tour around by foot (though I did take a gorgeous walk behind the hotel through the vineyards. If you want 5 stars, this is not your place. We loved it. Our room was huge - it was actually 2 rooms (a bedroom and a separate sitting room) and another room was the giant bathroom. We also had a huge balcony looking onto the parking lot and road but the room was very quiet - also had a lovely view of hills and vineyards. Lovely antique furniture. Great to enjoy a traditional lodging in France. Car very much suggested. Great launching point for Beaune and Burgundy.
