Best value hotel in Chumphon, for 1200 baht we got the best shower in over 30 days in Thailand. A clean and tidy room and a breakfast that in New Zealand would cost more than the 1 night stay!! . Friendly staff and it’s all right in the middle on Chumphon city so it’s close to night markets and amazing street food. Nice pool area with lots of shade. Perfect for a brief stopover for 1 or 2 nights.We have stayed in multiple hotels in Chumphon over the years and this is the best so far

One of the nicest stays we’ve had. The rooms are spacious, the place is run by really nice and friendly people. The receptionist is super friendly and speaks flawless English, unlike many hotels in Thailand. Definitely staying here again if we ever have a chance! The breakfast was also included, it was such a treat! Great stay!

เป็นการมานอนที่นี่รอบที่ 2 รอบที่แล้วเป็นห้อง deluxe ทุกอย่างดีเลย ห้องสะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย น้ำร้อนดีมาก หักคะแนนรอบนี้ห้อง Studio ไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง สะดุ้งตื่นเพราะได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างๆตื่นมาเข้าห้องน้ำตั้งแต่ 6 โมงเช้า แต่รวมๆ ก็ถือว่าโอเค

部屋は新しく、清潔で大丈夫でした...サービス担当者はとてもフレンドリーでした。周囲は美しい...ビーチに近く、素晴らしいプールがあります。私はビーチレストランで昼食を試しましたが、それは私が持っていた最高の経験ではありませんでした。メニューはほとんど読めず、スタッフは私たちにあまり興味がありませんでした...朝食は大丈夫です...ベーコンを逃しましたが、次回Tung wua Laenビーチに戻ると、ナナに再び滞在します。 、、私は本当にその場所が好きです..良い英語を話すことができる受付係が1人いて、彼女は素晴らしく、とても親切でサービス志向でした..メンテナンスのために数時間電気がなくなったとき、彼らは前日に私に電話して、それがなくなったときに別のホテルに滞在するように私に言いました。

ที่พักอยู่ในทำเลดี เดินข้ามถนนก็เจอทะเลเลย มีเครื่องนวดเท้า ให้น้ำมาห้องละ 4 ขวด ไม่พอไปหยิบเพิ่มได้ อาหารเช้าก็ดีมาก มีทั้งข้าวต้ม ข้าวผัด สลัด ขนมปัง เกี๊ยว ลูกชิ้น เต้าหู้ปลานึ่ง ไข่ เบคอน ไส้กรอกครบ รสชาติใช้ได้เลยค่ะ ห้องพักเก็บเสียงได้ดี

I believe the correct name is now Talaysai@Thung Wua Laen. Marketed as beachfront on Booking.com but only the restaurant is. I arrived early morning after overnight train from Bangkok. I expected 2pm check in and organised myself accordingly. Reception were happy to take care of my suitcase. I ended up checking in earlier. The lady manager generously allowed me to partake in the buffet breakfast at no extra cost which was greatly appreciated. I stayed in a delux double room with seaview which was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, excellent lighting but the aircon blows directly on to the bed but I didn't need need it during my sleep. Everything worked fine. TV stations are all Thai but if the internet is working you have access to Netflix and Youtube. The breakfast buffet was mainly Thai orientated but there were omelets, fried eggs and small hotdogs for me. Toast and some bakery items also offered. One distinguishing feature with this hotel is that it has an elevator which is highly unusual for a building with only a few floors. Good choice for those who travel with big heavy suitcases and whine about having to carry them up staircases. Overall, friendly, helpful staff providing good service at a well run and comfortable hotel.

We spent a night at the Novotel Chumphon Beach Resort & Golf from the 6th of March 2023. The grounds of this resort seem nice with a Big pool and Golf course. The rooms are a little outdated and needs renovation also the rooms are poorly lit. Breakfast selection was very average and would definitely need more dishes added to their selection.... The reception staff as well as the room service staff is very courteous Overall a nice property
