Quarto extremamente limpo, funcionários muito atenciosos, infraestrutura ótima. As piscinas são aquecidas e muito limpas. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar no hotel. Pontos negativos: O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, o secador não aquecia e o valor era absurdo do café da manhã.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay in this beautiful part of Florianopolis. Front desk staff were most welcoming, as was the service at the poolside bar. There is easy access to bars, restaurants and the beach in the area and the apartments are spacious and modern. The gym is also spacious and well-equipped and breakfast most enjoyable and filled with variety. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil environment. Only downside was the wifi connection which was unstable at times.

NO RESERVEN AQUI! 3 DE NOVIEMBRE DEL 2024- Llamamos por teléfono para reservar desde el inicio el recepcionista muy mal educado.Dijo que no podia atender pero nunca se comunico.Preguntamos si podiamos reservar por la pagina web de agoda donde ellos tiene publicado su alojamiento y dijeron que SI que reservemos por ahi, les preguntamos si podiamos reservar directamente con el hotel y nos dijeron que era exactamente lo mismo. Luego confirmamos nuestra reserva con agoda y hicimos el pago y al dia siguiente nos dicen que ellos no trabajan mas con agoda nos dejan sin reserva la cancelan y nosotros aun no recibimos los 900 dolares que pagamos. Nunca quisieron atender el telefono y me bloqueo del whats app el recepcionista que atiende en vez de intentar resolver el problema te bloquean. Tengo los mensajes donde dice que el dia anterior ellos confirmaban la reserva y ademas decían que la tarjeta de credito y la reserva estaba confirmada. y luego la cancelaron y no ofrecieron solucion solamente que nos bloquearon del whats app ni tampoco atiende los llamados .

My partner and I stayed here for four nights in March 2022. Overall we enjoyed the resort and may stay again. The resort has a nice fun pool in the centre of the complex along with good bar service. There is also plenty of space for kids to play. If you prefer the beach then there is direct access from the pool area and chairs and umbrellas from the resort and readily available at no extra cost. The staff were very helpful and responded to all our requests. We also received daily housekeeping which post-covid seems to be a luxury. Whilst the resort was very good it could easily have been even better. Our apartment (and others may be different) was in real need of some tender loving care, in particular the bathroom which was old and tatty. We were also provided with a wide range of tea and coffee pots, cups, saucers but nothing to actually make coffee or tea with! And yes, we asked…. The on-site restaurant is good value but not the best place to eat by a long shot. It’s handy being on site and is more than adequate but if you are staying more than a couple of days check out other local places. Finally if you have a need to connect with work or to be online during your stay make sure you have plenty of cellular data as the advertised wifi is truly awful. It frequently failed to connect, dropped the connection and was very slow. In fact it was next to useless. This is a nice place that you feel could be so much better with just a bit of effort.
