ゲゲスト私たちの4人家族は2つの部屋に2泊しました。二人の義父母の部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、二人の娘の部屋103のベッドの壁には、動く昆虫と子供だけが何十人もいました。不平を言った後、それは大晦日でした。夜はホテルの部屋全体が満員で、部屋を変えることはできませんでした。スタッフはとても良かった。マネージャーに通知した後、2つの計画しかありませんでした。一つ目はホテルの変更でしたが、当時はほぼ10時でした。この計画は実行可能ではありませんでした。また、計画は明日しか変更できませんでした。その時、シーツやキルトを交換して寝なければなりませんでした。翌日、娘はまた反応しました。以前よりも少なかったのですが、それでもバグがいくつかあり、睡眠は非常に悪かったです。翌朝早く家を出る前に、スタッフは二人の女性のために新しい部屋を変えていました、そして新しい部屋は清潔で衛生的でした。車でお越しの際、ホテルの駐車場は無料でとても便利です。朝食については、期待はありません。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーなので、賞賛に値します。

Slept two nights in hotel Chärnsmatt, not knowing that it is also a ”playground”. So many stray children. However it was for now not disturbing. The hotel has a very friendly reception/bar (Rita Vogel) and an excellent breakfast. Room is functional with soft mattresses on a hard surface. So, perfect. Bathroom with bath and toilet (70's with beige tiles) are functional. However, the shower was poor. Only 1 suspension point at 100 cm height, so I had to use 1 hand to wash my hair. That is less comfortable. However, continuously hot water. The rooms are as always warm in Switzerland, so immediately switch off the heating and open the window. All in all, a fine hotel on the basis of P&K (P&Q) for temporary stay. Perhaps for families with children an eldorado, but that was not my intention.

We had an overal good stay in this hotel, although we think the prices in the restaurant downstairs are way too high. A karaf of water for € 10,50 is over priced. The room was good, bathroom clean and the bed was fine. But what we think is a negative point for this hotel the 24/7 pizza shop at the side of the hotel. This gives a lot of noise of the people who come into the night to get their pizza from the machine. We had a bad night of sleep because of all the cars coming and people talking loud while ordering, waiting and finally eating their pizza in the parking lot.
