We booked a junior suite and the day before we arrived the hotel called to ask if we could help them out and change to double interconnected rooms instead. I specifically asked if there was a big difference ik the rooms and they said no. With that information I agreed as we were staying for only 1 night. Big was my surprise at arrival when de noticed that the normal rooms didn’t have airconditioning and that with a heat wave going on in Europe. The room was like a sauna and the only thing we got was a little fan full of dust. When I complained at the reception they told me they ‘forgot’ to mention this. If I would have known this I would have never agreed to a room change. They offered a 20% discount which is a real disgrace as my family didn’t sleep all night!!! We had breakfast at 7 am in the morning but the breakfast buffet wasn’t ready at all. They still needed to start with preparing the hot buffet. At 7.10 they still needed to prepare the sausages so as we didn’t had much time we couldn’t enjoy breakfast fully. I still hope management will reach out personally to discuss the ‘20% compensation’, otherwise it will be my laste visit to a Dorint property ever.

Hotel de la cadena B&B que está muy bien. La habitación pequeña, con cama y literas pero con aire y baño completo. Parking gratuito y transporte público conectado con el centro a 100 metros. El centro a 20 min. En recepción nos dejaron entrar a las 11, previo pago de 15 euros. Y no nos cobraron la tasa de nuestro perra. Buen sitio para visitar una ciudad muy bonita.

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Hotel verbracht,das Zimmer klein und nicht einladend.Mein Mann hat sich gleich am Anreisetag an einem Glasregal über der Toilette verletzt.Frühstückraum zu klein für so viele Gäste.Am Sonntag hatten wir das Gefühl dass der Nachbar uns gleich auf dem Schoss sitzen würde.Wellness....leider gibt es kaum Ruheplätze nach dem saunieren,wir mussten in unser Zimmer ausweichen da viele Gäste im Saunabereich waren.Restaurant war gut jedoch auch teuer.Da wir viel reisen ,vergleichen können,das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist leider nicht gegeben.Das Personal war immer nett und höflich

Very lovely hotel with great design and facilities. Staff are very polite and professional. It is a new hotel so everything is new and top quality. Sauna, gym and massage facilities available. Underground parking @18€/day Outdoor parking @10€/day. Very close to Freiburg city centre and the tram stop is just 2mins from the hotel. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel. There is no restaurant at the hotel but they do serve breakfast. Overall, great experience. I will definitely stay here again!

Ein sehr nettes Hotel - nur leider stimmen die Beschreibungen nicht. Schlecht zu finden, da der Eingang völlig zugewuchert ist. Das Zimmer ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Nur leider hapert es an der Wäsche; Löcher in der Bettwäsche und in Auflösung befindliche Handtücher. Es war an den Tagen sehr heiß - Fenster öffnen nicht möglich, da das Hotel an der Hauptstraße mit Busverkehr liegt. Zimmermädchen sehr nett. Auch die Inhaberin(?) sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Der Pub besteht aus einem Kühlschrank an der Rezeption (Selbstbedienung und Entnahme mit Zimmernummer in einer Liste eintragen - Vertrauen).
