In general we enjoyed our stay but it is a shame that it is ruined due to many mixed factors. For example, there is a great variation in the service one receives from the staff. Some are very service-minded and smiling. Others look at you sourly and continue speaking German (even quickly) even though you have informed them that you do not understand German. Another thing is that it is stated on the website that smoking is not allowed in the apartments or on the balcony. However, smoking occurs in all the apartments. This was clearly visible from the outside and noticeable when you couldn't keep the balcony door open without getting cigarette smoke inside. And when you try to make people aware of this, they just continue. We had a little baby with us that had trouble sleeping because of it. There is no signage or anything else indicating that smoking is not allowed, so I can understand that some guests are unsure. But that is no excuse, how can it be family friendly when there is so much smoking and no consequences. However, several of the shared facilities, such as the swimming area and climbing course, are very nice. But the issue with smoking is a significant factor in why we are unlikely to return.

Auch dieses Jahr wieder einen tollen Aufenthalt gehabt! Ruhige Lage und doch keine 10 Autominuten von schönem Sandstrand entfernt. Auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen Laune. Dazu erhält man von der Chefin wertvolle und hilfreiche Tipps. Apartment sauber, Küche komplett ausgestattet, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Auch mit Rollator einfach zu meistern. Frühstück wieder eine Wucht (liebevoll dekorierte Wurst-, Käse- und Fischplatten, Marmeladen, Honig, Nutella, Eier in verschiedensten Variationen, Müsli, Heiß- und Kaltgetränke bis zum Abwinken) und das alles am Tisch serviert! Ihr lasst uns keine andere Wahl! Wir werden wieder kommen müssen.
