Warm, friendly unpretentious yet luxurious hotel. They deserve the LH category. Food, service and staff impeccable. Great place to go and unwind. Amenities are excellent

到着の48時間前に、最終分に予約しました。私たちはその地域をよく知っていたので、場所は私たちに適していました。私たちはベッド&ブレックファーストに滞在し、朝食は2回しか食べませんでしたが、温かいものと冷たいもの、ペストリー、果物も豊富に取り揃えていました。部屋は7日間私たちにとって十分で、私はうるさいことで知られています。バスルームのダブル洗面台エリアは本当に役に立ちました。必要なときにシーツと同じタオルを毎日/交換します。ハウスキーピングはとても良かったし、バルコニーは素敵な家具で良いサイズでした。プールエリアは大丈夫でしたが、私たちは月の初めだったので、忙しくなると想像できます。バーは週末のみ営業しており、4月下旬と5月上旬の可能性があります。スタッフもみんなフレンドリーです。駐車場は1日15ユーロですが、この地域には無料の道路駐車場がたくさんあったので、一度も支払いませんでした。スーパーマーケット、レストラン、バーを含むいくつかの場所まで歩いて行くことができますが、この地域を探索するために車をお勧めします。車で5分以内に素敵なバーやレストランがたくさんあります。お勧めして戻ります。

わかりました、3つ星ホテルですが、スタッフは素晴らしいです(ラリーに感謝します)ベッドはとても快適で、部屋はかなり狭いですが、バルコニーにはテーブルと椅子がありましたホテルを出て、レストランからショップ、バーまですべてがそこにあります。大通りを横切ると5分で海辺に着きます 小さな歩行者専用道路を歩いていくと、最も美しい教会は喜びです 唯一の欠点は、テレビにチャンネルがないことですが、優れた無料 Wi-Fi で iPad でテレビを見ました

Fantastic hotel - new, pristinely maintained, incredible staff, spacious, very well equipped rooms & a great location for Puerto Banus, Marbella & Estepona. Lovely pool & easy access to the beachfront via a short walk through gardens. Towels & umbrellas available for free every day from reception. Easily accessible, secure underground car park with very reasonable parking rate. Good breakfast offering although this could get a little samey after a few days of no change. It’s also the little things you remember - My own dressing gown was accidentally taken with the towels for laundry one day (my fault as I hung it under the towels) so I reported it to reception. By the time I had returned from a day at the beach it was back to me, I was so pleased. This shows true customer service, care & attention which is missing in so much of the hospitality industry these days. I’ve lost items before at hotels & they just can’t be bothered to even try to help.

Lovely spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Well equipped throughout. In a very convenient location, a few minutes walk from public transport. Probably the only minor issue would be that there was a bit of noise from the upstairs apartment.

The hotel is still quite good despite its age. The rooms have everything that should be there. The cleaning ladies really do a good job and they deserve thanks for that. The food is very tasty and there is so much of it that everyone will find something for themselves. What I still can't understand is having to pay for drinks at dinner, even water (prices like in the best restaurants), I have never seen anything like that in any hotel in Spain! When we arrived late at night it turned out that we were not in the system and we could not check in. Of course, apart from the lady at the reception, who had no idea what had happened, there was no one else. Since it was 2am, we had to pay for one night so that we would have a place to sleep. The next day we were apologized for the mess and the money was returned to us. The holiday was a success but none of us would go back there again And finally, everyone who arrives by their own car has to pay for parking 11 euros a day
