Room-not the cleanes was always wiping are feet before getting into the bed, they only made the bed and topped up toliet roll and towels and the ac never worked and always had ants in the room couldn’t sleep as entertainment was going untill late “10:30-11” Food-don’t not eat here always smelled of something dead cockroaches and bugs crawling in the food and had a very bad tummy sicking and pooing and a family member had to go the hospital and has food poisoning from here and birds pecking at the food. All staff didn’t understand English only a few words so never got are drinks right especially at dinner and didn’t know the difference from all inclusive and not trying to make us pay one day and not the next.pool was semi clean but the lifeguard did not care what anyone was doing and just sat on his phone. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

We spent a week at the hotel in June 2024, on arrival we requested an upgrade to get a lateral sea view. The room was modern, spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated. The room and the hotel in general were very clean, there was plenty of space outside by the bar, restaurant and pools with a path leading directly onto the amazing beach with the hotel's own bar/restaurant. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Paula was excellent in charge of aquagym. However we felt that the evening entertainment was not of the standard that we had expected, also the smoking area should not be directly by the main door leading to and from the hotel and pool area. Food was good but vegetarian and vegan options should be signed more clearly. Lastly, could one of the two pools be reserved for adults only. We has a lovely stay and look forward to returning.

Room had a weird smell upon entering. Cleaniliness was fine but facilities extremely outdated. Staff at reception were friendly and cot was provided for baby when asked though state of it was quite old. Breakfast options were poor and not very allergen conscious. Lack of alternative milks for example and I have a dairy allergy. Stayed on a Saturday and it was extremely noisy in the room. During the day, we could hear the music from a nearby Feria del Atun so loud that some of objects in the room would tremor and could feel the base of the music. In the evening, the bars just outside hotel were busy and could hear people talking very loudly until past 1am. It was also very bright in the room, making sleep difficult which is super inconvenient when travelling with a baby. Stayed as a 2-night voucher experience from Wonderbox and left after 1 night as was really not impressed.

Stayed one night here whilst on a road trip through southern Spain. The hotel looks really nice from the outside and plenty of on street free parking down the side of the hotel. Check in is at 4pm, so very late when only staying for one night. However we managed to get into our room at 1.45pm. Pool area nice and very quiet although disappointing no pool bar or restaurant, just a vending machine! Rooms okay - we’d opted for a standard room and disappointingly no balcony. Supermarket a short walk away. Rooms have kettle, coffee machine and fridge.
