Visited on 20th December for two nights. Due to airline reschedule we arrived 10 hours earlier than booking but the reception staff were wonderful in accommodating us. We had dinner both nights in the inhouse restaurant which is a small and cosy area. The menu was very varied, the food was excellent and the staff most attentive. For the two breakfasts the food buffet was one of the most extensive I have seen being continually replenished. The room was very good with a wonderful bed and pillows! The centre of town is a way down the hill but it helps in keeping you fit! We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the city.
My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the penthouses and loved it! The view of the city, the mountains and the sea from the three balconies was just beautiful. The room is not only stylish and comfortable, but also has a fully equipped kitchen, which we always appreciate when travelling. There is a fairly large smart TV in the lounge but with this view we didn't even switch it on :) The location is good, it's a 15min walk to the centre of Santa Cruz and there is a tram stop 5min away which takes you to the main bus station and La Laguna, we will definitely be back on our next trip!
Great location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.
Urban hotel with all the pros and cons of it's location Cons: Doesn't matter the floor or facing what you get noise: elevator, the tram (right in front of hotel), the own bar (roof and street level), the people from the nearby bars... There is just no escape. NOTE: we stayed there as a working crew so this comes from all types of rooms options available. Pros: Staff is lovely Cool/Instagramable lobby Locations is good if you don't mind noise Wouldn't choose to stay here unless I was looking to party myself
This hotel was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is kind and helpful. The hote roomsl are so clean, comfortable and uniquely decorated. We had a room with a beautiful terrace. The pool was beautiful, large, and relaxing with plenty of space. Everything about this hotel made us feel special. The location was great for walking to food and the soccer stadium.
My room was grubby, basic, noisey from the machines outside and unclean. Hairs in the bathroom, eyelash on the sink and dirt in bottom of the glasses. The room bared no resemblance to the rooms on the website. The only positive was the location.
This hotel is right in the centre of Santa Cruz near the El Pilar underground car park and the pedestrianised shopping street El Castillo. We went up to the city from south Tenerife to see the Xmas lights which were amazing right outside our hotel and a short walk to Plaza Candelaria. We didn't take our passports which was a problem due to the new police regulations regarding hotel stays. However the receptionist Stephanie was amazing allowing us time and assisting us to complete check in by using photos of the passports held on our devices. The rooms can only be described as new and clean, not huge but ample for a nights stay. Great shower, beds comfortable, nice balcony, tea and coffee tray. Great breakfast and nice restaurant area although we didn't try the evening meal. I would certainly stay here again.
AAlzy32I recently stayed at Hotel Océano Centro in Vigo. The friendly and professional staff made me feel welcome. The hotel’s location is great, situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Vigo’s streets and beautiful waterfront. My room was quite modern and spacious with a comfortable bed. I would recommend the Hotel Océano Centro whether you’re visiting Vigo for business or leisure.
ゲゲストThe hotel is in a very good location, has very fast WiFi. Rooms are cleaned daily. Cleaning staff really needs solid re-training. Every time I left the room, I closed the window so that no one could jump into the room while I was gone and steal valuable things there, such as a laptop, camera, tablet, etc. However, when I returned, I found that the window was wide open. My room was on the ground floor, so anyone could jump in and rob my room at any time (It wouldn't take longer than 1 minute). The window led to the courtyard where there were no cctv cameras. Despite complaining to the hotel manager for 5 days in a row, nothing changed. Even when I put a sign on the window asking the cleaners to close the window after cleaning, they simply ripped it off and left the window open again. This put me under a lot of stress because for several days of my stay I was constantly wondering whether my things were still in the hotel while I was away from the hotel... this is unacceptable!!! besides, two times my towels were taken away and I never got clean ones, I had to go to the reception and ask for clean towels... with all due respect but your cleaning staff really needs solid re-training
Lovely hostel in the city center. Everything in walking distance. Clean and friendly staff, but the rooms are in urgent need of renovation and the photos have nothing to do with the actual conditions. Difficult to sleep with frequent switching on the lights in the common areas, which shines through see through glass parts in the doors.
