We went to the horse and jockey at weekend from the minute we entered into the lobby the staff we're so friendly and lovely smile, had afternoon tea x6 of us food was fabulous, tea's coffees kept coming and again lovely lady looking after us nothing was a big deal to the staff, we had spa treatments omg fabulous we all loved it,we had a evening meal again you could not fault anything fabulous, music in bar omg they were brilliant we we're dancing away in the bar we had a great night really really enjoyed it, breakfast in morning was again amazing staff were so so nice noelle was great fun thanks for looking after us so well everyone , it was some of the girls first time going to horse and jockey and they (we) can't wait to go back, well done everyone and thanks for a very enjoyable stay, we will be back 😀 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for us. The anner was a very pleasant stay, rooms and food lovely and staff were very nice in particular two staff in the restaurant Megan and Bethany who were extremely accommodating. The leisure centre is a great incentive to stay in this hotel as the gym and pool facilities are excellent
