The hotel is situated in a rundown commercial area surrounded by car parks for trucks We had no air conditioning in the room and when we complained were told it has not been on for 2 weeks and we’re told to open the window so a very noisy room,contacting the manager was a waste of time The bathroom had mould on the shower on the walls and the shower tray At 0630 only 1 member of staff present He was looking after 2 breakfast rooms a coach load of people and also reception! Avoid this hotel!

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits (15 et 16/11/2024) dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, que ce soit l'hôtel, le personnel, le petit déjeuner. Très bien accueilli et les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables ; je recommande ++++. Cet hôtel est très bien situé car près du centre ville d'Aoste. Il possède un restaurant très agréable mais qui n'est pas ouvert certains soirs mais un très très bon restaurant se situe à 5 minutes à pied (restaurant El Paso)

Superb hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is a good size with a decent bathroom, it was spotlessly clean and everything worked. Good reliable wifi. We were there in June and some of the local restaurants were closed for their own holidays, the receptionist recommended the nearby Agriturismo La Reina (it's great, I've reviewed it separately) and booked a table for us. The hotel is exceptional value for money, I'm not sure why people have moaned about the breakfast - the standard buffet is more than adequate and you can pay to have extras if you want. The make the tea and coffee fresh, rather than have it in a pot or out of a machine. Similarly, someone commented that the spa is 'at extra cost'. Well...doh! Of course it is. Ignore these people, it's a super place with mountain views both sides. Would certainly go back and recommend to all.

Per il secondo anno abbiamo passato il Capodanno in campeggio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura pulita, pratica ed accogliente fornita di elettricità ed acqua nelle piazzole. Bagni comuni grandi e riscaldati e puliti. Possibilità di affittare la stanza comune molto grande ed ideale per compagnie grandi in inverno come luogo di ritrovo . Nel campeggio c'è la pinseria che offre un'ottima pinsa e varietà di cibi. Assolutamente ci torneremo e lo consigliamo!

Omama is centrally located, only 5 minutes from Aosta`s main shopping street and pedestrian precinct. All the sights and restaurants are very close, too. We very much liked the colourful, fresh design throughout the hotel - from the rooms to the (breakfast) lounge, the elevators, the lobby, and even the facade. Our room had a good size, including a large bathroom. The room was well-appointed and quiet. Breakfast was good, and service at reception was very professional and friendly. Only caveat: As this is a building from the 60's the garage is very narrow. Even with a mid-sized car we had huge problems to park there.
