This was our first hotel of many during our one week stay in northern Italy. Have in mind that we arrived at around 10 pm due to a delayed flight, and needed a place to rest before starting our road trip. Perfect location regarding airport and Bergamo city centre. A bit outside the city core to let the juice of Italian culture slowly get to us. We found ourselves at the reception after getting to park our rental inside the hotel premises. Met by a friendly staff with a smile on his face, as if knowing he was the chosen one to redeem northern Italy’s reputation regarding Europe’s Covid outbreak. Entering our room, a bucket of chilled Prosecco and strawberries awaited us. Pre-ordered, not included. At 11 pm we wanted pasta, as any international, normal person would when in Italy their first day. The chef obliged and gave us room service at that hour. Drunk with Prosecco, strawberries and pasta, we slept through the night dreaming of the journey ahead. The bed linen was clean and the bathroom upheld its hygienic standard as it should. Breakfast awaited, and was mostly packaged baked goods. We even saw a guy just shoving tons of this stuff into a paper bag. The staff said it was ok. Partially continental breakfast. Coffee was great. All in all, a good start of a week long road trip. Room was ok, but fully functional.
Il personale è accogliente, gentile e disponibile, la struttura un po' datata ma nella media. Le camere sono confortevoli, abbastanza pulite e ordinate. La colazione era minimal ma buona. Consigliato.
The hotel is cheating the residents. Stayed in hotels for 2 nights. Before check-in, the girl at the reception took a deposit of 50 euros from us and said that she would return it during check-out. We left on the night of May 28th. At the reception there was a man who was not aware of the deposit, but returned 50 euros. The next day I received a letter from the hotel that they returned it by mistake and immediately deducted 50 euros from my account. I wrote them a letter asking them to explain why the money was written off, but there is still no answer. In addition, coffee is not provided in the room, although a capsule coffee machine is available. Tea is placed on a bag per person and the next day they did not put anything. In general, there was an impression that they save on everything and deceive. Отель обманывает проживающих. Жили в отели 2 ночи. Перед заселением девушка на ресепшен с нас взяла залог 50 евро и сказала что вернет во время выселения. Уезжали ночью 28 мая. На ресепшен был мужчина который не был в курсе про залог, но 50 евро вернул. На следующий день пришло письмо с отеля что вернули по ошибке и тут же списали 50 евро с моего счета. Я им написала письмо с просьбой объяснить за что списали деньги, но ответа нет до сих пор. Кроме этого в номере не предоставляют кофе хотя капсульная кофемашина стоит. Чай ложат по пакетика на человека и на следующий день не положили ничего. В цело сложилось впечатление что экономят на всем и обманывают.
