Our three-night stay at Mara PrideInn with my family was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning tents, which were both super amazing and wonderfully designed to blend luxury with a touch of adventure. The ambiance of the camp made our stay feel truly special, offering comfort and serenity amidst the breathtaking surroundings of the Mara. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit. Every detail, from the well-maintained facilities to the excellent service, made this an unforgettable experience for my family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and left with so many fond memories. Mara PrideInn is a place we will definitely recommend to our friends, and we can't wait to return for another incredible getaway

新婚旅行中にここに4泊しました。まず第一に、ほとんどのスタッフは絶対に信じられないほどでした。とても親切でフレンドリー。良くなかったのは2回だけです。まず、初日に「間違った方向から来た」ので、バーの部屋に飲み物を入れようとしたときに与えられた部屋番号について質問されました。告発に感謝しませんでした、私と確認することができました2つ目は、昨夜、私は数日間病気であまり食べませんでしたが、夕食に来て軽いものを食べようとしました。ウェイトレスから「自分を並べ替える」と言われ、病気で怒っているようで、素敵でした。これは、場所に対する私の唯一の不満につながります。部屋のボトル入りの水は新しいボトルではなく、緑色のガラスで再利用可能なボトルです。ハエがたくさんいたので、レストランの食べ物にカバーが必要です。これは、特にレストランのアルビン、ガイドのジョナサン、レセプションのメアリーからも素晴らしいカスタマーサービスがあったという事実から奪われません。ジョナサンはなんとかたくさんの動物を見せてくれました。信じられないほどでした。私たちはとてもラッキーでした!彼の素晴らしい指導にとても感謝しています!また、熱気球体験をするのが大好きで、マラでのシャンパンの朝食は最も信じられないほどの経験でした。全体的にここでの滞在に絶対に興奮しました。

Wonderful experience with exceptional personnel who genuinely care for one's every need to ensure 100% enjoyment throughout the visit. Beautifully located inside Masai Mara on the banks of the Talek River with each tent and restaurant overlooking its view. The food is excellent with each delicious dish professionally presented and served this makes for an anticipated enthusiasm for the next meal! Then following a long and highly fulfilling day one falls asleep on the comfortable bed to the valuable bush sounds of hippos snorting and splashing feet away hyenas 'singing' close by and lions roaring regularly. In the morning the same acts as your alarm call! Mark the manager has a true concern for his guests and each small detail is attended to thoughtfully and successfully. I achieved super superb sightings during my 4 nights (wish it were 14) on this unexpectedly amazing first visit to Julia's River Camp although it was my 8th visit to the Mara. The professionalism and consideration cannot be overstated and I have no hesitation in recommending and hopefully return.

We cannot recommend Mara intrepids enough. We had a beautiful experience in large part due to our game drivers Joab and Mark who made the perfect pair who complemented each other. We were lucky to see such incredible moments and animals with them and form a family for 5 days. We packed our breakfasts everyday to do long drives and had bush breakfasts which really immersed ourselves in nature. Joab and Mark were so knowledgeable and passionate about all elements of nature. They made our trip an unforgettable adventure and we can’t wait to go back to see them! Everyone at reception, including Daisy and Cecilia, and our servers, including Vivian, were all so helpful and amazing. The grounds are beautiful - the infinity pool is really amazing and the location is perfect in the middle of the bush. Choose intrepids for a stay you won’t forget and request Joab and Mark!!!!
