Booked because I have a discount voucher to use. Without the discount it will be slightly on the expensive side considering there are other options available with similar quality but lower price. Good service, the staff called to confirm our check in time as it was getting late. Clean and overall it was a good experience.

I understood the non refundable policy however the hotel never reached out to me by call. Only trip.com passed on all the information. The contact number on trip.com was for Izumi Jalan Alor KL, not this specific De Era Hotel. Hence, quite inconvenience for me to call the hotel for late check in. The room not soundproofing can hear other room conversation. The reception not so friendly, pushing for early check out. Overall, clean room and clean bathroom. Good water pressure. Air condition worked just fine. But unstable TV channel connection.
