A beautiful boutique hotel with a nice cafe downstairs that served midnight drinks and snacks. Definitely a must try!

Good side:
1) Strategic location for food and meeting customers near Bukit Mertajam.
2) Price lower than Citadines (same building)
3) Got washing machine.
Neutral side: Self check in
Bad side:
1) Found fire ants (got bitten and caused bad inflammation) every days.
2) Reported the fire ants but nothing was don't for 2 days (stayed 5D4N) till I ask for solution.
3) Service is bad, didn't even apologise after I tell them the problem and also reminded them that they didn't 'courtesily apologise'.
4) The gym is just an old gym rack which is spoilt and few treadmill.
Conclusion, won't go again unless they change their behaviour.

First time lodged in the hotel. Surprised that the room is not small compared to other budget hotel at the similar price. Room was big, clean and staff was friendly. Aircond is of bigger size and works perfectly for me. Excellence budget hotel for business travellers that aim for clean, cheap, friendly and nice location!

良い滞在でした。支払った金額に見合う価値があります。受付はとてもフレンドリーです。各階に Hv Coway マシンがあります。場所は簡単に見つけられ、周囲にはレストランがあります。

私は基本的な部屋を持つブティックホテルです。すべてが良いです。スペースは食器棚がなく、ハンガーが2つしか提供されていないという懸念でした。歯を磨いて顔を洗うためのシンクはトイレの外にあり、使用すると寝室が濡れてしまいます。200 + + 1泊の価格で部屋以外の施設はありません。

ここに来るのは4回目です！ 以前はスタジオルームに泊まりましたが、今回は2ベッドルームの部屋で、部屋は広くて清潔です！ ここの滞在がとても気に入りました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、設備もすべて揃っています。

全体的に清潔で、ウェイターはフレンドリーです。しかし、トイレはウェットとドライから分離されておらず、一部の部屋は喫煙を許可しているため、煙の臭いがします。近くにフードコートがあり、美味しいチキンライスがあります。

ゲゲストWith the price I paid, I'm totally satisfied with everything, water heater in good condition, air cond running smoothly, 2 toilet paper provided with 2 small bar soap..the room and bathroom is clean, kiblat direction, beddings necessities quite comfortable. I just hope the hotel can add more details on their site, mine don't have windows but no complain since we stay for short time. Iron and drinking water provided at the stairs.

MMCLee RichardSupposed to be NON Smoking but the room allocated was full of cigarette smell . Rules are not implemented as we found there are guests smokhang inside the room and at first floor lobby as well.
There isn't double layer curtain blinds except the thick curtain so you can't open the thick curtain as others can see through the window .
There isn't any any shower door except a very fragile/ thin layer of cheap plastic screen that could not prevent the water from spilling towards the bathroom door and flooding the whole floor that has made it very slippery.
Towet rack is installed too high , you may find it difficult to reach.
TV reception is so poor you couldn't tell which channel or program is playing.
Overall ,room is clean but others are disappointing and room rate is expensive.
Will not recommend anyone to stay .

LLim Hsien HuiThe hotel is strategically located in Bukit Mertajam. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean with all the necessary basic amenities. Disposable toothbrush is even provided. It is a good hotel to stay just to bunk in for a good night sleep.

匿匿名ユーザー1階の部屋は湿った臭いがして、日光は入っていません。2階は良いです。場所は悪くありません、遠くないところに食べるものがあります。そして、シンテオヒアンビスケットも近くにあり、車で3-4分です。

LLING MIN TANit's walking distance to aeon mall bukit mertajam and all types of local eateries around.
the room was clean and cosy and they have room service cleaning if you stay more than one night.
there are free parking place located beside the hotel, it's quite empty slot if you park there after 5pm.
however the sound proof is not that well, you can still hear ppl walking along the corridor, chatting and the sound of opening and closing the doors. not really a good sleep place for light sleeper, but it's fine for me.
