Leuk chalet in een mooie omgeving. Dichtbij het centrum. Leuk aan het water. Mooie omgeving om te fietsen of varen. Het weer doet alles. Voor mindervaliden is Giethoorn erg lastig met de vele bruggetjes en smalle paadjes

古いオフィスビルはホテルに改装されました。レストランでのみ朝食をご利用いただけます。レセプションには24/7サービスはありませんが、利用可能な場合はフレンドリーなスタッフ。 Steenwijkエリアに滞在する必要がある場合は、ちょうど良い場所です。

素晴らしい歓迎のスタッフ。プロパティ全体でリラックスした雰囲気。エレガントなダイニングルーム。部屋には良い設備を備えた広とした快適なベッドルーム。とても素敵な夕食(別料金)と楽しい朝食(価格に含まれています)。お金に優れた価値(週)。エレベーターはありませんので、大きなスーツケースがある場合は問題になる可能性があります(つまり、スタッフが軽いバッグを手伝ってくれました)。私たちが持っていた部屋には部屋に階段があり、ドアを内側に引き込むために下に降りなければならなかったので出るのが難しかったです。間違いなくこのプロパティに再び来て滞在したいです。

We arrived at 1230pm to be told that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I asked if they were Full and was told no rooms were clean. The hotel really is in the middle of nowhere so we drove 20 mins to the city to the local supermarket. When back at the hotel, now 2pm, I asked if any rooms were available yet. No I was told, no rooms are clean yet. The lady didn’t even look to see if any were ready. Then at 230pm some other guests arrived and were given keys straight away, I said to her, you said that rooms were not ready until three pm. She said they have just become available! All the rooms? Available at exactly the same time? Anyway, I’m pretty sure rooms were available but they were just being difficult. The restaurant is over priced for what’s on offer and the breakfast basic for the cost. The rooms are pretty old fashioned and need updating.

When you approach through the forest and waterways this monster in a large pond intrigues. Located next to the old Waterloopkundig or hydrological research centre this building from the sixties with its concrete look, has been fully remodelled and modernized. Nice couches and surroundings created in the main entrance and the hallways. Plenty of parking space and possibility to stall your bikes and bicycles. One strange thing is that they demand immediate payment of the room (even when we had given a credit card guarantee) though you can charge bar and restaurant on the room. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the pond and they have a lot of space. They are modern and supplied with a safe and coffeemaker. Good beds and perfect shower. The lights for reading at the seats and for shaving at the wash basin are faint and don't really help. For the rest, no remarks to the rooms though the decoration on the walls is a little bit of everything. The restaurant offered a special asparagus menu due to the season. We assume they do more of these specialties. The normal dishes have a decent variety and there is the possibility of the chef's choice in meat, fish or vegetarian (recommendable). With the option of strolling alongside the old research objects in the moors and woodlands and the good cycling options, this new (opened at 31 March 2023) hotel is an excellent extra for the Fletcher brand.

The owner, Sander, is extremely typical in being tight and inconsiderate of customers who are not satisfied. We had a flood in our bathroom due to the walk in shower, and even though he tried to fix it, it still flooded afterwards. Nothing was done about keeping us happy or compensating for this terrible experience. Showers were limited for us, they were cut short and caused inconvenience with us left with shampoo in our hair! No complimentary drink to say sorry, in fact no-one even apologised for any of the unfortunate events that occurred with the shower! So shocking and completely unprofessional. When I then look at their target audience, I realise the majority of the customers are over the age of 60, so they probably are oblivious to all the problems. Very defensive staff, especially on check out who just looked as pathetic as a teenager being told off. She obviously had been warned by Sander and went straight into defence mode. Again, very amateur and unprofessional. Also, the soap and shampoo facilities for a so-called four star hotel was a joke. Locked in tubes and half empty on the day of arrival. Four or five star hotels usually utilise miniature toiletries. I have travelled a lot and know that this method is typical of 2/3 star hotels or motels, which I tend to avoid. Again a way of saving money and a short cut. Lame. Just lame. The buffet dinner was bland, tasteless and rather disgusting. It is not live cooking - it is a shambles; children fingering all the food with dirty hands, and then expecting us to eat it. No thanks. Waste of money and complete rip off room prices. Best of luck to this potential old people's home. If my grandparents were still alive, I would still not recommend the hotel to them. They would deserve better, as did we. Have the decency not to rate yourself on what is visible on the surface (the view/location etc) but actually on the ins and outs of staying there. It is terrible but the worst thing was the staff's attitude. I am so happy they do not treat customers like this in the UK. Shame on Sander and his appalling staff. Disgusting. Useless. Waste of space. Good luck.
