このホテルは、モスからホルテンまでのフェリーのすぐ近くでした。私たちは疲れていて、とても簡単にチェックインしました。このホテルはフェリーで旅行する人が使用しているので、予約があることを確認してください。完璧な場所にあります。ホテルの後ろに60 NOKの安全な駐車場があります。親切で親切なデスクスタッフ。彼らは私たちに軍事基地とマーティミュージアムへの道順を教えてくれました。快適なベッドと静かな部屋がありました。私たちの朝食は、ホテルの朝食エリアの改修により、小さな通り(バルタザール)の向かいの場所にありました。温かい料理と冷たい料理の両方で非常に良い選択。そこにも素敵なスタッフ。全体的にこれは私たちの旅行のニーズを満たしました。

NO RESPECT FOR GUEST SAFETY OR PRIVACY A STAFF MEMBER ENTERED MY ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION WHILE I WAS NAPPING, HE STOOD AT MY DOORWAY DEMANDED TO INTERROGATE ME ABOUT MY RESERVATION, DESPITE MY YELLING AT HIM NOT TO ENTER. I KEPT YELLING AT HIM TO LEAVE AND HE WOULDN'T. He only left because I started filming. They could have just called me or my wife whose phone numbers were on the reservation to clear anything up. SAFETY IS AN ISSUE The rooms do not have do-not-disturb signs available, and cannot be locked from the inside, so the staff members can just open the door when they feel like it and there's nothing you can do about it. THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE THEIR ONLINE RESERVATION system malfunctioned. Even though I checked in that morning with MY NAME AND RESERVATION CODE, the system gave me a key code to the door, I was in the room for 4-5 hours before they barged in demanding to know why I (a prepaid customer, who checked in and was all paid up, my details were in the system, who even called their support number because I had problems with check-in that morning and they still checked me in, I even paid an early check-in fee) had to PROVE MYSELF to them. I was refunded the night after calling to complain, but I am still with a bad taste in my mouth about this place. Cherry on top is PARKING NOT INCLUDED, so I paid about 600 NOK for under 24 hours of parking in the next door garage.

I recently dined at the restaurant Taket in Tønsberg, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was excellent, with every dish perfectly prepared and presented. Chef Marcos provided impeccable service, offering detailed explanations of each plate that truly enhanced the dining experience. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Taket. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great location on the brygge, very comfortable and our room was plenty spacioius with 2 beds, a good size bathroom, and room to move around (1 adult, 2 teens). Check in and check out were easy and the staff at the reception was quite friendly and helpful with information about the hotel and also where to charge our electric vehicle. They do have two charging spots in their garage, but there is also a public lot a few blocks away with many more charging stations. The breakfast was great - a huge selection and all very good. Water pressure is very good and no problems with adequate hot water in the room. The lobby is nice and can be accessed from the brygge or the street. We stayed in the main building, but if you are in the annex building, it is just steps from the main building. Our only issue was the noise coming from a restaurant/bar along the brygge late at night - maybe if you can request a room on the other side that wouldn't be an issue.
