While this was what you would expect as a backpackers it is next door to a bar. The noise over the weekend made it a terrible stay. 2:30am a full on fight broke out. Would not recommend this as a place to stay if you need any amount of sleep. Staff were friendly and amenities what you would expect but we were very disappointed by the level of noise for three of our four nights. Only quiet last night because it was Sunday and bar closed. We would not have booked here had we known.

This hotel is in a great location in the centre of the town centre. It is in close proximity to many restaurants. The checkin and checkout processes were quick and hassle free. Staff were friendly and the room was quite large and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A great value stay!

道路の端では、騒々しいとは感じませんでした。部屋は十分に広く、設備は整っており、ベッドは非常に清潔で整頓されており、各部屋の外に駐車スペースがあります(2階を除く)。しかし、バスルームのバス液は消えており、パーティーが夜どこで行われるのかわかりません。

I had a nice time in State hotel in New Plymounth. The decoration is beautiful and it feel like been at home. The hotel is a good option for solo travellers and couples, with no too much luggage and no children, who want a clean modern and beautiful place to rest after a day exploring the región. The is no restaurant or room service but you have plenty of options to eat in the same street where the hotel is located.

Really nice stay, from when I booked in to when I left. The owners were great to talk to and very friendly, beds were comfortable, large rooms that were clean. Close to Supermarkets, takeaways and the CBD. Lots of free parking. I will be back to Landmark Manor.

Went here for a friends birthday and we’re very disappointed. Food had clearly been kept warm for a long time as the sauces had dried to the plates. The food itself was warm not hot, our side of fries was luke warm. 2 mains arrived at the same time but the third dish was about 5 mins later. There were a max of 6 other small tables so not like it was rush hour! The window shelf next to me was covered in crumbs and dust, not very appealing when you’re about to eat. We had drinks in the lounge afterwards, had to go to the bar to order and no one bothered to ask if we would like another. So we left. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.
