I enjoyed my time there. The rooms are good, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is only ok if you've got a car and/or need a place to crash off the interstate.
The pillows are the fluffiest I've ever seen. Beds are very comfortable, and the staff are amazingly awesome and courteous. Check out was simple and easy . Oh and not to forget what an great breakfast with lots to choose from.woukd definitely stay again.
This is a newer hotel just a touch outside of Rapid City. It's at a busier interchange of I-90, but it's in the Black Hills. I've had the opportunity to be in this beautiful area on business lately, and this is one of Rapid City's better hotel options. The hotel is newer, but not brand-new. Rooms are fine. Some reviews have spoken of a bad ”smell” but there is none of that as I'm writing this. Nice room. Full-sized refrigerator and kichenette-sized two-burner range. Microwave above it. Shower pressure is good. Front Desk staff was great. Will stay again!
Excellent 4 night stay at this location and other Best Westerns from Michigan to South Dakota. We were planning to stay at Hampton Inns, but after negative experience in Souix City, we found Best Western and stayed with them for entire vacation. Excellent service. Great breakfast (full). Used swimming pools and hot tubs, which were relaxing after a long day. The best part is location. Drove northwest to Devils Tower and Deadwood. Next day south to Rushmore, Custer, and Crazy Horse. Then west to the Blackhills. What a great place and want to say thank you to the staff who were excellent! Next trip will be Best Westerns. Great promos right now with double reward points.
