Unfortunately, our stay, there was less than up to par. Our first room was dirty, #204 and we were moved to another room with several issues as well. *The bathroom sink did not drain. *The bathroom was still not cleaned from the previous residence. There was something left in the shower. *The bathroom door did not close. *The handle was coming off. *When we opened the refrigerator in the kitchen, it slid against the wall, and then it would not close. The room number was 223. Very disappointing...
Upon walking into this hotel, we liked what we saw. The lobby area was nice and inviting. The room was nice and clean. We Loved having a fridge and a microwave. The ammenities were nice. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the pool or exercise area. We arrived later in the evening and checked out before breakfast even began. Can I just say tho......AMBER! She was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a smile and a great attitude which we needed after what we had gone thru at our previous hotel. What a breath of fresh air. We chatted on and on while we checked in. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. When we had come down to the lobby shortly after checking in she was mopping the floor and I must say she was happily doing it. She always had a smile on her face. Hotels need more GSA like her. You have a real gem on your hands there. We just loved her.
I had a wonderful experience with the Hilton Garden Inn. I came for a conference and needed some accommodations as a nursing mother who needed space to pump several times throughout the day. Ms. Jess at the front desk was an absolute angel. She helped facilitate some exchanges of materials while I was in the conference to my childcare providers, and always greeted us with a smile and positivity. Thank you!
