We enjoyed our stay at the TownPlace Suites. We were a little apprehensive about it being noisy when we were checking in, as there were a large number of little league players and their families staying there. But the windows were double paned, and even the boisterous pizza party on the patio didn't sound too loud in our room. And there is central a/c, not like those horrible through-the-wall units that many Marriotts now have. It was efficient and quiet. The only negative is the water (shower) has way too much chlorine in it. Bad for skin and hair, and smells awful.
These people steal Out of people deposit. They will say you stole a dirty motel 6 blanket to keep your deposit. They’re not friendly and treat you like you’re a criminal and not not a visitor .the internet was going down and hard to check in with front desk .
My recent stay at Oasis Inn Sacramento- Elk Grove was marred by an unfortunate encounter with the front desk staff a person named Rajeev/Sanjeev. I had rented a room for a friend's brother who was facing homelessness, and the situation took an unexpected turn on Sunday afternoon. Around 3:45 pm on Sunday, I received a call from the front desk (Rajeev/Sanjeev), where an individual was aggressively stating that our guest, who was not on the list, had supposedly threatened his life. Despite my attempts to calm the situation over the phone, the staff member was uncooperative and insisted on a swift removal, giving us a mere 30 minutes to vacate the premises. Upon arriving in person, I encountered Rajeev/Sanjeev, and the interaction was nothing short of disappointing. He callously dismissed our concerns with statements like ”I don't care, not my problem,” demonstrating a complete lack of empathy. Even after presenting a picture copy of the guest's ID, he remained unyielding, resorting to threats of involving security and prohibiting access to the room. In a baffling turn of events, I communicated with Rajeev/Sanjeev in Hindi, hoping for a more human connection, but his responses were consistently dismissive and unprofessional. The overall experience was exacerbated by Rajeev/Sanjeev's refusal to provide his name, despite being asked multiple times. The attitude displayed during this encounter was in stark contrast to the professionalism exhibited by the security personnel who eventually assisted in retrieving our belongings. It is disheartening to recount an experience where a staff member not only failed to address concerns but also actively contributed to the distress of a challenging situation. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these issues and implements measures to ensure a more compassionate and understanding approach for guests in the future.
Very clean and nice place to stay. Just a couple blocks off of Hwy. 99. Close enough to be convenient bet far enough to be quiet. Seems to be a nice safe area, right across the street from a Highway Patrol station. Clean hotel with a good breakfast, with choices of hot food and cereals. I would definitely stay there again.
