This hotel and it's staff are AMAZING! Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly, personable and professional. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. I've stayed at this hotel for work reasons in the past, this time it was to come for a concert. This is my Go-To hotel anytime I plan on being in Greensboro most definitely!
Wonderful place to stay They had updated the furniture. Nice place to set your suitcases. Hooks on the wall to hang coats and purses Counter to sit and do makeup. Bathroom updated to bottles on the wall. So easy to use. Ty’Asia welcomed us as we entered, she was so friendly and helpful. She is an asset to this hotel.
I booked this hotel due to the proximity to our friends, but will not stay here again due to several problematic issues with the hotel's location, construction and room design. We had Room 426, which is an adjoining room. We had quiet neighbors, but you could hear everything in the hall. Also, the nearby airport is not a small regional one as I had thought. We heard full on jets taking off, which made it hard to sleep. It seemed to stop between midnight and 5 am. Still, a hotel airport should have been more soundproof. We have severe allergies and I had requested feather free pillows, but when we arrived, my request had not been done. Granted, this is generally a 50/50 chance at any hotel, but it tells me the housekeeping staff at this hotel are overworked. The woman at the front desk was apologetic for it not having been done. The room was fairly clean, despite that, and passed the Swiffer test. (I run a Swiffer along the tops of TVs and headboards and lamps to see just how thorough they clean the rooms.) The bathroom in the room is two separate rooms. One is a toilet room with a sink and the other is a tub/shower combo with a larger sink. Both have sliding barn doors with translucent windows, which is problematic for us. The doors are noisy and difficult to slide, meaning that we would wake each other up when we needed to go in the middle of the night. This is not an issue for most people, but it is for us. The pool was very small and narrow and kind of cold, but the room was heated. There were very few fresh towels; they had not yet been replaced. The coffee provided in the lobby was hot, but the breakfast offerings were so abysmal that we went to Cracker Barrell instead.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I enjoy staying at different properties within the Hilton portfolio. This being my first time in Greensboro, I chose this hotel. It is only a few blocks walk from and to the train station, my mode of transportation into and out of town. Since I am somebody who enjoys train travel and does my homework before booking a hotel, I had no problems with the periodic train horn noise. It adds to the flavor of the location. I was able to enter the hotel on McGee Street, the correct address, since I already had a Digital Key which opened the locked door. Agreed it should be made clearer to those arriving, particularly on foot, that the main entrance is within the parking garage. Although I had checked in via the Hilton app the day before and chosen my room, I did stop by the front desk to obtain my spring water. Staff was friendly and accommodating, explaining the hotel's amenities. Entering my room I was struck with a ”new” smell. Either it was brand new or recently refurbished. There was ample space in my room for belongings, allowing me to spread out. The bathroom had plenty of counter space for my toiletries. Used the shower and no issues with hot water. TV, WiFi, and climate control all worked fine. Good night of sleep awaited me. In the morning, enjoyed the scrambled eggs for breakfast before my early departure to catch my train out of Greensboro. Overall, this property is recommended and I would definitely stay here again should my travels bring me to Greensboro.
ゲゲストJust an overnight stay but a great value for cleanliness and service and everything in the room you could possibly ask for. Even had the lady at the service desk come up an show us how to use the remote control for our tv. Would definitely stay there again.
Stop for a late night stay due to being exhausted from travel with multiple family members. The lobby was super clean and counter. Staff was very friendly. The rooms are quite large. Super clean, well appointed, even has the built-in pump soap dispensers that a lot of hotels are getting nowadays. Hotels around many other hotels, so I’m appearing to be a little more seedy. Security cars were seen patrolling for safety. Didn’t use the pool, but it looks nice. The breakfast the next day was well-stocked with very friendly attendance. I double checked to make sure one of the food items was able to be eaten by one of our family members, they took the time to double check on anything else that we might need once we arrive to eat breakfast. A nice day off the beaten path.
