「The place was very Clean. The breakfast tasted like powdered scrambled eggs and the sausage was the worst I ever had.
The line for waffles was too Long with Too Many kids.
I would probably stay in a cheaper hotel for 1 night without breakfast & go out to eat. $325.00 + 15.00 for parking was a bit steep for our liking.」

「The hotel was easily accessible from the HWY. It was in a decent location , very close to the beach and other little shops.
The receptionist was very helpful when we needed help with the TV.
Room was tidy, spacious. Parking is limited. You can purchase safe parking near the hotel,
for $15 but theres probably like 20 spots to choose from, or else just enjoy street parking.
Otherwise, very nice and perfect for small families.」

Everything else about the room was nice and vintage inspired. I liked the 80s/90s feel of

This one-of-a-kind, tranquil getaway offers the best of the Bay Area at your fingertips! Walk to hiking trails, drive 5-min. to the beach, & 20-min. to San Francisco or SFO airport.
We look forward to your stay with us at Linda Vista del Mar (beautiful view of the sea)! We want to do everything we possibly can to ensure you have a great experience staying with us, so it's important that you understand the setup:
The private entrance guest suite is located downstairs in our 2-story home. My partner and I live upstairs and we both work from home. We are in our 40s-50s with 4 cats, no kids. See profile for more on us. We don't wear shoes in the house and don't party. And sorry folks, no parties allowed in the unit.
We have insulated the unit but this is shared living so you will hear some noise transfer. Your bedroom is below our kitchen and your living room is below our living room (and Charlene works in there--my office is on the other side of the house). The bedroom is on the street side. It has a double-paned window but you can hear cars (most through traffic during commute hours). Our bedroom is also on the street side but on second floor on other side of the house.
No pets allowed. No kids. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children because the unit and the backyard are not set up for them due to sharp edges, no childproof cabinets, unfenced hillside, ceramics, etc.

- Garbage Bins take out on Monday’s evening, bring back on Tuesday after emptied. Otherwise, A dumping fee of $50 will be charged after your stay.
- Please make sure Heat is turned off after leaving the house every time and during final checkout.
