セントサイモンを訪れるのはこれが初めてだったので、以前にホテルを見たことがありません。飛行機が出発する準備をしていたので、右に引っ張ったときの騒音が心配でした。ホテルに入るとすぐにとても幸せで、騒音は消えました。中には何も聞こえませんでした。部屋は広くてきれいでした。ベッドは柔らかいシーツでとても快適でした。私はとてもよく眠りました。欠点:バスルームのドアはラッチされていないスライドバーンスタイルなので、ビジネスの世話をしているときにスライドして開きます。照明器具は天井に正しく取り付けられず、キャビネットのドアは組み立てられたときに水平に整列されていませんでした。彼らは小さなものを修正するために部屋を通過する品質検査を行うだけです.プロ:朝食を運営する紳士がポイントでした!そして、夜の店員は夕食の提案に非常に役立ちました。スタッフはホテルを作るか、壊すことができます。この3人のスタッフは間違いなく資産です。

This property was clean and comfortable until we went to bed and realized that the bathroom toilet ran about every 10 - 15 minutes. Husband shook the handle and even fiddled inside the tank, nothing stopped it from running. Shut the bathroom door and ran the air conditioning unit to block out the noise. Not a good nights rest. In the morning around 8:30 am the maid starting knocking on our door every ten minutes to see if she could clean our room. After the third time we finally told her to please give us 20 more minutes and it would be all hers. Proceeded to the front desk to check out and let the staff know about our running toilet. The young girl barely looked at us, all she said was ok, really did not care. Overall, I feel the staff at this hotel was rude and is not very customer service orientated. There are other choices on the island we would try on our next visit.
