GGullyThe service was great at this hotel. It was close to the highway too, which made it ideal on our roadtrip back to South Florida. Nothing to complain about.
I took my family down for breakfast before we checked out and was met by Ms.Terry. Let me tell you about your team member who went above and beyond. She engaged with my children, asked about our vacation and how much fun they had. She checked on us throughout our breakfast to make sure we did not need anything. She maintained the breakfast table area, the buffet line and kept the food stocked. She did all that while still greeting and asking people about their day and stay. I appreciate everything she did to make our morning better
Impromptu stop on way home from road trip. We always stop at Quality Inns, etc. while on the road. Once past Atlanta we saw this on. Had misgivings from the start due to isolated location. It further intensified when I came into the lobby and caught the smell in the air. It felt like I had stepped into a Hookah Parlor/ CDB Store.....By then my party had reserved the rooms, so I let it go. The staff member at the desk was polite and pleasant. The man in the lobby who was counting a stack of one dollar bills and speaking unintelligibly wasn't. The hotel is dated and needs serious upgrading. Doors, carpeting etc. The room was clean and comfortable. They even gave the other family members with us a different room when they reported their original room not having been cleaned and beds unmade. I ignored the loud shouting from one of the rooms as we left in the morning. We didn't stay to eat the complimentary breakfast. For several reasons. Not wanting to trash. Just commenting.
