This was a good location and a small little town halfway between California and Utah, so you do not get fatigued. Great showers and friendly service. It's in a mining town with some cool bars and shops.
This hotel unfortunately ranks as one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at on my travels. In anticipation of the annular solar eclipse, I booked a queen suite with full kitchen, even though I wasn't going to cook, because why not if it's the same price. Now, the room, by appearances looks great. The bed looks clean and is comfortable. Nice kitchen with a full fridge, induction cooktop, lots of cookware available to use. So many outlets. And a really big table. And that is where the good stuff ends. The room was a freezing 60 degrees when I checked in at 8pm. I don't know how to get a non first floor room, but I had a first floor room that annoyingly faces the parking lot. The fridge was exceptionally loud and ran 60-70% of the time, periodically interspersed with an extremely loud screech from the ice maker. The soundproofing is as good as nothing, as I heard stomping from somewhere all the time, can hear the neighbor's kitchen cabinet open and closing. One of the worst sleep I have had in a hotel. The bathroom issue. They put the tissue paper right above the toilet. And the bathtub was so slippery if I was an old dude I would slip and break a hip. And the towels were cheap and unfluffy. Some of the towels were even so old they didn't even match with the other whites. The TV was also mediocre and did not offer YouTube as an app. At least parking was easy. Candlewood Suites - I feel I got tricked by the fancy name. Honestly had better sleep at a motel 6 before. Sorry, but this was disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway so it was easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The morning breakfast was excellent with pastries, toast, eggs, bacon & sausage and fruit. We did not eat at the onsite restaurant but was glad that it was an option. We needed a pet friendly hotel and are so glad that we found this one!
Jjenimac44This was a cute, clean remodeled motel room. We were passing through and made reservations off previous reviews. They provide great smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beds were comfortable and the in room fridge was bigger than expected and worked great. I’d stay here again. Check in staff was friendly.
Met my needs and wants for the nightly stop on my road trip. Centrally located for my stay near food, fuel & ********. Really enjoyed the Feral Resident Motel Cat. Feed Me, Don’t Pet Me! Donated 3 cans of food to the cause.
I have never stayed at a Motel 6 before but we needed a affordable night’s rest while driving through. The room was clean, no carpet, which I prefer, the free Wi-Fi worked well and the shower was hot. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for me but my family said they slept fine, I’m just a princess. I think we had an old smoking room as there was a lingering smell but nothing overwhelming. For a single night or two, I would stay again.
