The hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast. Very safe.

The maintenance is terrible, the bathroom fixtures, the toilet seat and the bath tub are horrible

The staff was friendly but there definitely isn’t enough staff to cover the front desk at all times. Which sucks because if you are waiting for something to get delivered it probably won’t if no one can sign or receive it.

I stayed for over 8 days at this hotel with my family for Immigration/Consulate purposes even though it is one of the farthest hotels from the consulate everything was at a convenient distance. I was recommended to this hotel and I wouldn't doubt to recommend it as well, I believe that says a lot.

Location is well taken care of, next to nice restaurants and walking distance from a grocery store. 8 min far away from the US consulate and traffic is minimum in front of this hotel.

I usually stay at this hotel at least 2x a year and unfortunately it’s becoming very run down. From old dirty bathrooms to very uncomfortable beds. This past visit I was very disappointed with the front desk staff I believe her name was Monica very rude and unprofessional during the check in process.

Service was excellent only i didn’t like was on weekends property has a party hall next to it and nights were to noisy

The girls in the front desk were not very helpful, we arrived a bit early and were put in a waitlist to check in, we waited in the lobby and they never bothered to let us know the rooms were ready, I had to go up and ask if we could pay for the room in the mean time and that’s when she let us know the room had been ready. Our room was missing a dryer it had a iron but no place to iron. The water kept turning off while taking a shower . The gentleman from the breakfast buffet was amazing! He was extremely attentive and nice!

The receptionist was nice the property was okay the jacuzzi was not working and while they mentioned they were doing some construction I didn’t expect them to do it at 2 o’clock in n the morning a finish at 5 we didn’t have running water for those hours, also they have a wing bar restaurant beside the hotel which starts playing music around noon and finish at 2 or 3 in the morning the music is really loud and annoying I wish I could give them a better review.
