Room was good. They didn’t clean my room until I ask which was not explain to me at the time of check In, everyday I ask front desk to fixed the sink never was fixed water was too slow on the drain, cleaning was not up to standards. There was garbage and dirt behind the lamps, some of the outlets didn’t work..,,,.

Best place to stay on Ciudad Obregon, near to everithing, relax,

The coffee maker in the room didn't work. The toilet seat was too small for the bowl and broke when sat on. There was no hot water in the shower. Bed was super comy though and staff were very nice.

If you are traveling on business and need good wifi, a functional business center, or sufficient air conditioning in extremely hot and humid weather, this is NOT your hotel. While the staff tried very hard and did a great job, the management of this hotel needs some correction. As an international hotel, there were no competent English-speaking staff. So, if your Spanish is not good or you do not have a translation app on your smartphone, you will not do well here. The hotel lobby a/c was set at a very high temperature and was quite uncomfortable. The room a/c had a filthy filter and was stopped up and dripping a lot of water on the floor. Wifi was not functioning most of the time. The business center had two computers and a non-functioning printer that the staff could not fix. Additionally, the a/c was not set to a comfortable temperature either. Whoever is rating this hotel as "Very Good" is apparently not accustomed to good business hotels.

en ingles...the room was clean, but needs to be refurbished, some furniture had seen better days. The room i had on April 11 was obviously refurbished...this was not.

Good deal for the price. Only bad thing was we tried to order room service for dinner, and they didn´t have the three or four meals I tried to order...

I wouldn't mind staying here again. However, we wanted the heat from the heater. The staff told us that none of their rooms have heat that work in their heater, because generally they said no one uses it. Other than that, the breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly, especially the servers in the breakfast restaurant.

Everything was pretty good, except the pool, it was dirty, not very well kept, the rooms very clean.

Customer service is great! The menu is delicious. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant change from the normal foods. I'm the center of the city with a lot of options to go out to drink, shop and explore. It was extremely convenient. I didn't get in the pool but it was cleaned every day we were there. The gym is small but it has the necessities. I enjoyed my stay and recommend.
