I love staying here because it’s so close to food, places and gas stations and right off the highway

Amazing customer service and hotel is clean and comfortable!!

Rooms are accessed from the outside, I didn’t see an elevator, clean rooms, good for travelers who need a one or two night stay.

The shower drained so slow you were standing in water. The water was warm not hot. We did not know there was no elevator and I have a difficult time doing stairs.

Hotel itself was nice: nice rooms and good service. Hotel listing states there is a hot rub so we stopped by the walmart to get swimsuits. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were told there was no hot tub. We should have got shampoo at the walmart though, their complimentary shampoo was very harsh and there was no conditioner.

The staff and breakfast were good and the bed comfortable. However, the room had an unpleasant odor and the towels were of poor quality. The room also seemed dated.

The location was great very well maintenance. No complaints.

Old hotel needs updating. Room was smelly. Breakfast was ok. Would have paid more to go to better place.

Beds could have been more softer. But all in all good

I booked the reservation and paid for a month in advance because I knew it would be a busy weekend. We got to the hotel around 10:45 PM only to be told that she gave up our reservation because other people are looking for rooms. So my family didn’t have anywhere to stay for the evening at a decent price as to why I made the reservation here a month in advance. She gave our reservation away at 6 PM. I was told even though we had already paid and booked in advance. We are highly disappointed in the service we received and we stayed across the street at the Holiday Inn because they had no rooms available when we arrived. So, even though we made a reservation a month in advance, and had already paid for it, we still had to pay $120 more to stay across the street. Highly disappointed in the way this was handled. A phone call would have been nice to know especially with having a 3 year old and a newborn with no place to sleep at that time of night

Very noisy and there was a sizable gap at the bottom of the door.

It was a great family stay, enjoyed the pool. Receptionist was super nice and helpful. Close to Peach Park, best homemade ice cream ever.

We stayed here 2 years ago and it was great. This time we had an extremely dirty yellow comforter and the bed felt the equivalent of sleeping on the ground. Also couldn’t take a shower because they have the faucet made where it won’t get very hot. Staff was nice and check in was easy. Everything else was clean. Unfortunately we will probably not stay again.

When we booked, we were nervous because it said no one was at the front desk and it was self check in, maybe it was old from covid times? But when we arrived Shannon was the pleasant face behind the desk! Check in was a breeze, the room was clean, nice & cool! Free breakfast was great with a nice variety of food to choose from. Overall this hotel was great and would definitely stay again!
