"We went early February, hotel had only been open a few weeks, great location, right off the highway, separate from any other businesses, parking lots. Got to our room, it was over 90 degrees, and the blower was covered in Asian beetles(similar to ladybugs) when we inquired, they said the beetles had been a problem and they were still working out kinks with the Hvac system. Understandable, but shouldn't someone check the rooms if there are problems like this? That said, we liked the place, breakfast was good, gym was outstanding. Would definitely stay again."

"The two story motel is an older building with no elevators so we were given a first floor queen room instead of the king room ordered. The building structure was well maintained and clean. The room had a broken desk chair the made the desk shoulder height. There were no adjustments to raise the seat. The shower head allowed for about 8 different spray patterns. Unfortunately that did not work. The only one that worked was like a garden hose. The front desk clerk was very nice"

"Very pleasant stay! All employees were friendly and service oriented. At checkin, I was asked for the first time ever if I needed help in finding a restaurant. The lobby and hallways were clean snd smelled good. Our room was clean and smelled good. Spacious. Great night’s sleep! Delicious breakfast. Thank you, Hampton Inn Clanton!"
