great but need a little update the room kind of old

Comfy and clean room. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was convenient to places we wanted to see. Great price. Room was comfortable and very clean. Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay there again if I needed to spend a night or two in that area.

We reserved a bottom level, smoking, pet room for my disabled mother. I even called to make sure he had that room for us. He said yes. 30 minutes later we got there and he "had just rented it". You have to call and ring the bell multiple times to get a human to the front desk. We got her into her room and the fire alarm kept chirping loud. We went back down to the office to call and ring the bell and wait. He handed me the wrong size batteries for us to replace them. Told me to come back if it was wrong. It was. Rinse and repeat ringing the bell and calling. Got the right battery and my husband changed it. When we went back in there are roaches in the room on the floor and walls. Room is in rough shape period. Burns and stains in the blanket and sheets. By far our worst check in experience ever. We have traveled all over the US and stayed in hundreds of motels and hotels.

The room I was given needed painting. The paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling. Furniture is old and needs replacing. This room, room 208 needs attention desperately. With updates, it could be a nice room.

Stayed for two nights. When I arrived the kid working seemed so confused about the fact the I was checking in and it took him about 5 minutes to understand that I was checking in and needed a key. I’m not sure if he was tired or high. The other man that I dealt with was nice and helpful. The room was disgusting though with holes in the sheets dirty walls and ceilings and the room I stayed in had a broken air conditioner with a missing vent. The wi-fi also did not work. The sheets appeared to be clean, but I felt dirty lying on the bed in fear of catching something. In general the area is not terrible, but some of the people staying there seem sketch and I’d assume are *******. If you have no option or just trying to stay for one night I guess I’ve seen worse at a extended stay, but a way better suggestion would be to stay in your car or at the Howard Johnson down the street. I went there my third night and it was way better!

Full price cockroach hotel. Door did not seal even after locking, no surprise bugs were all over... The maintenance either doesn't know how to make a room right, or were drunk on the job... It was clean swept, but the walls look like something from a ******** movie.

This is the worse motel I've ever stayed at. The security lock on the door was broken. The regular lock was not working properly (I had to shake the door real hard to be able to lock the door). There were weird and shady people in the parking lot and in the nearby rooms. The bed covers were full of cigarette burns. There was only one sheet on the bed, no blanket. And the AC unit was set to 60 degrees, so it was cold! I don't know what detergent they use, but the pillows and sheets smelled so much like chemicals that I had a hard time falling asleep (didn't help that I was genuinely worried about the door not having a security lock, and shady people out in the parking lot, and I had to room all the way at the end of the parking lot, in the darkest area.). Due to those chemicals, I woke up with super puffy and red eyes (which never happen to me, even when I sleep few hours, so I know it was the chemicals.) The shower was not working properly, couldn't switch from tub to shower. Not worth $80 bucks...

It was terrible from the start. The room that we were in was filthy. There was a persons dirty footprint on the door, dead roaches in the drawers, living roaches crawling around on the floors and walls, the entry door had an opening around it which made it so you could see out of the door while the door was entirely shut, burn holes in the blankets, the wall where the a.c. unit was had huge bubbles filled with water under the paint down the entire wall and smelled very strongly of mildew, etc. We also were supposed to have free WiFi but there was zero internet connection. We went to the main office twice to try to get our room changed and the woman was very rude. After the second time she changed our room to one of the very last rooms on the bottom floor and it was so much worse than the first one. She even accused me of smelling like **** when I asked for the second time about changing my room! I do NOT smoke, not even cigarettes. All of this because she didn’t want to be bothered. She was on the phone, feet kicked up, watching tv when I came in both times and was on her phone the entire time I was speaking to her. We had paid for 3 nights for myself, my husband and our two sons ages 11 and 12 but we only stayed the first night because it was already late and immediately left the following morning. It was an absolutely disgusting experience and I would not recommend to anyone! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.
