スペインに移動するときに旅行中にそこで寝ました。ホテルは基本的ですが、この価格帯には適しています。 6ユーロ/24h.近くに車を駐車する可能性 朝食もかなり基本的でしたが、非常にリーズナブルな価格でした。到着によるフレンドリーなスタッフ。

Nous avons pris une chambre pour une soirée étape. L'emplacement est très proche du centre ville avec une station de tram à deux minutes. Le studio est très propre, confortable et bien équipé. la salle de bain est spacieuse et propre. La literie est de bonne qualité. On a apprécié le calme et le prix. C'est idéal pour se faire le petit déjeuner sur place ( 15€ par personne sinon)

On way there no problems, polite, helpful staff. NOT the case on way back Friday 26/8. Rude unhelpful staff, who wanted to charge one of us for drink, but with no price list. When asked apparently the price list is private and no receipt could be provided! Screams out that someone on the make. Also staff entered one of the rooms while we loading cars and hadn’t even checked out which is totally unacceptable. So unfortunately you missed out on 14 breakfast on Saturday 27/8 as we all went elsewhere. I know this is a budget hotel but don’t expect to be shouted at when we are paying customers. Would like to speak to someone about having some money refunded and some of your staff need to be trained in customer services and also conveniently don’t understand English which is not what is advertised! Very bad experience and definitely not happy.

This review is in respect of my customer service experience around the booking rather than the accommodation itself, which I have unfortunately not been able to comment on. Myself and a friend made a booking to stay at Dav Hotel in April 2020 as it was our intention to watch Clermont play a home European Cup rugby match. The hotel contacted me to advise that they were having to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic and therefore my booking would be cancelled. Knowing full well that we were entitled to a full refund, we decided to try to support the business by instead accepting a credit for a future booking. Due to the continued COVID-19 pandemic and government restrictions which impacted upon sports stadium attendances in France, it was not until the 2022/23 season that we could use our credit. We therefore contacted the hotel, requesting a credit in February 2023, on a weekend when Clermont were due to host Leicester Tigers in the European Cup rugby. The hotel manager, Florent Bertelli, responded to our request, confirming that the credit was only available for 18 months and that the booking was therefore lost. Having reviewed previous correspondence, we were never advised of the possibility of losing the credit, which did not appear to be date limited. Being regular travellers and having needed to make a number of cancellations during the COVID-19 pandemic we consistently took the view that we would do everything we could do help businesses survive such difficult times by accepting credit vouchers rather than refunds. All other hotels that we have booked over the last couple of years have been flexible and accommodating, and appear to put the customer experience above the bottom line profit. In this case, we were fully entitled to a refund and we suppose it was our own fault for being so trusting of this business, actually believing that they would appreciate our support rather than stealing our money.

Nous avons essayé le nouveau restaurant”bouillon Ravel”, le cadre magnifique, très bobo, laisse supposer une ambiance légère, chaleureuse et authentique. On nous propose un verre au comptoir en attendant notre table. Avec la double porte ouverte sur l'hôtel, on suppose une invitation, un accueil,on tente qques pas pour regarder le cadre de l'hôtel, la porte etant ouverte. Et la réalité est tout autre, l'un des patrons nous glace et nous interpelle tels des voleurs potentiels:”que faites vous? Vous partez dans les etages?vous cherchez une chambre?”. Le charme retombe aussitôt, laissant place à une série de déceptions, tant dans l'attitude que dans l'assiette. Une viande impossible à découper, car pas de couteau adapté, un échange inexistant avec le patron suspicieux, il avait décidé que j'étais un voleur qu'il fallait ignorer. Au moment de payer, par contre on nous propose un tango! Surréaliste... on refuse, qu'à cela ne tienne, on propose à qqu'un d'autre, nous laissant au comptoir attendant la note...
