Beautiful resort!

We loved it here at summer bay! We had a villa with full kitchen and 2 rooms and a sleeper sofa, it was perfect for our family of 5! They did try to get us to do a 90 minute timeshare presentation when we first checked in and we politely declined and had no isssues! Some of the outlets on our villa were loose so had to charge our items at different places but still worked fine! Nothing to complain about otherwise!

This is THE nastiest place I have ever stayed! Upon check in I was blown away how awful it smelt to start things off. It was hard to breath it smelt so bad of like mildew/mold. We then found a DIRTY sock in one of the beds (insert puke emoji) so we didn’t even use one of the beds. We got in late and didn’t look things fully over til morning. Then the real grossness was apparent. The floor is absolutely disgusting. Our feet were BLACK from walking on the carpet. Toenail clippings and crumbs on the floors. Food in the bottom of the garbage can. TONS of bugs in the bathrooms. Couches, floor/carpet and curtains stained and dirty. What looked to be mold around the windows with peeling paint from moisture on the walls, ceiling and windowsill. We also were parked the absolute farthest from everything and right next to the highway and the noise was awful. If I could give zero stars we would. I have videos and photos I wish I could post with this review. Soooo gross!!!!!

We had a fly/mosquito infestation. The outside of our door had them and they made their way insie the room. I have photos that would gross out anyone. The communication with the property was poor because they gave us the run around the whole weekend on the spraying that it needed, couldn't get us another room, just terrible.

The property is beautiful. All the activities are great. The room is beautiful and clean. The only thing is the beds they're really hard to sleep on. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Third time here and first time we had a dirty condo the curtains were stained and the wall as well. I dropped something and it went under the bed and there was candy left.

We loved the movie theatre. We liked picking a game to play to take back to our room. I did not like the fact that our 2 bedroom villa did not have a patio, off the living room.

The property is very nice, the condo we stayed in was very nice- 2 bedrooms and baths, very spacious and clean and comfortable. The only issues is the condo heat/air was very loud and the water took some time to get hot. The primary suite bathroom had no door which I didn’t like.

It was quiet and clean .What I didn’t like is that the water sports and a swimming pool were closed I and my wife wanted to do water sports but they were not open the resort should have told us.We checked out after two days and went to another resort where the activities were available
