Great place to stay not to far from Helen ga beautiful place to go to then you come back in to Cleveland ga at knight Inn and meet Great people and the room look great and clean everything was good but the time we went the pool wasn't open which was not good at the time but all over a good stay

I had a great night sleep on them the bedroom was Clean the housekeeper was nice when they come by the room was nice to stay in I will be telling all my family and friends back home to us this hotel that was a great experience for me and my little family I will be coming back I hope next time the pool would be open up

What a "Great Stay Away In NE Ga Mtns"..From the time of my arrival, to my the time of departure stay (2) Days.. I was truly amazed by the Front Desk Manager to the Greeting from the Owner of the property..I noticed that the Property was undergoing new renovations at the time of my visit..Painting was in progress, New bedding was being installed in some of the rooms, and overall a very good quiet stay!! The Staff was very friendly, and going above and beyond to make sure my stay was a wonderful time spent..The Outside Pool area was all being painted, and getting ready to "Open Soon".. I would definitely recommend " Friends and Family" to come and stay!! The Mountains in the area are for a great time, whether hiking, or just getting outside and taking in Nature overall..A very beautiful little town in the mountains, and under 20 mins to the little town of Helen!! A "Special Thanks and Gratitude" to all the folks here at the Knights Inn here in Cleveland!!!

Friendly staff clean updated rooms with new beds walking distance to zaxbys,mcdonalds,burger king ,arbys , popeyes and bojangles very affordable hotel there's also a gas station near by that you can go to for convenience snacks and other things

Everything has been good, very comfortable and accommodating clean rooms and everyone is so nice it's even got a section for long term stay and short term which is great to know for people who have a bad situation going on. It really has been a life saver to come in to town and be able to stay somewhere like this

Upon check in, the lady running the front desk was very rude with me and told me that if Agoda hadn’t paid then I couldn’t stay even though the money had been deducted from my bank account. It took some time to check in as well once she did see where Agoda paid them because she said she had not done any of the paperwork. On top of that, she said it didn’t matter what the check in and out time said when I booked online. She said it was a firm check out time that was different than stated online when I booked and said that if I stayed any later, I would be charged again. I even showed her the online times listed, and she said it didn’t matter. I stated to her that this was one of the main reasons I chose that hotel. Her response was I suggest you cancel your reservation and go somewhere else and stay. Awful staff. Then the hotel was not as pictured. It was disgustingly filthy. You had to wear socks because the floor was so nasty, there were hairs everywhere (especially bed and tub), there were no toiletries except for 1 roll of tissue, the bath towels had holes and stains, and the room smelled bad. It also appeared to have multiple families living there. There was a couple that sat outside of our door until the night smoking **** and cigarettes and people sitting in chairs along the outside with kids running around everywhere with wagons and bikes. It was just an awful experience. Do NOT stay here!

Very nice and clean rooms you new Renovations new bedding walking distance from all the fast food restaurants Ricky and pool security pool security the best motel in Cleveland it's only 8 miles from Helen walking distance from the college the front desk was very nice and helpful my entire stay I did not see the first bug I stay here frequently recommend the night's end to anyone who is passing through Cleveland

My wife and I travel a lot, and this is the worst place that we have ever stayed in! The room was dirty. (My feet were black from walking on the bathroom floor after showering.) The sink did not drain properly, the shower could not be shut off, and the hair dryer smoked and then completely quit. We pointed these things out to the owner, Mr. Sam Patel, and he could have cared less. He was very rude, and arrogant. My wife told him that we would be leaving a bad review on Tripadvisor and his reply was, "Go ahead, I don't care!" There is no way that I would recommend this motel to anyone. I am sure that Mr. Patel will refute my comments, as he has done in other reviews. But believe me, the statements that I have made are true!

Good rooms for the price. Located in a quiet area but still has restaurants and gas stations in walking distance. The staff is very nice and helpful too. Highly recommend if you are looking for a lower cost place to stay
