Clean rooms. Small hot water tank, dont expect to stay in the shower long. Maybe include a bottle of water?

What didn’t I like about this amazing hotel! It was literally a full apartment and very safe and private! I saw the photos when I booked and I was not fully prepared for this level of luxury and the sheer size of the room. Full kitchen , bedroom and bath room! It was larger then my first apartment

We were stuck outside until another tenant happened to be leaving because no one was answering. And then no one was at the front desk. And I tried to then call but it was the front desk that no one was at. Then finally someone walked out from the back after security wandered back while watching something on his phone. No apology from the front desk for waiting. Then the internet went out and I tried to call the front desk and I got a voicemail and no one returned my call. We’ve stayed here a few times and this is definitely unusual for this hotel but still frustrating.

This is now my go to stay when in Cleveland. Beautiful apartment living in a great location. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The building was very secure and felt safe. I definitely recommend Roost to those that need a full kitchen when traveling.

We love staying at The Roost. It's so nice, clean and feels like home. The views of the city are amazing and it's close to everything in downtown. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing. Definitely not hotel more like a condo at hotel prices.

Excellent location for the Depeche Mode concert and exploring surrounding area. Room was spacious and had an excellent kitchen. Bed and Bath both very clean. Would definitely visit Cleveland again and stay at Roost!

What a great surprise! It was an apartment not an hotel room. Extremely clean. Lots of safety features. Staff was helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Apartment-style made the property feel elegant and upscale. Plenty of room! Would be perfect for a family or share with another couple going to a Cavs / Browns / RRHOF weekend. Walking distance to all of the venues and downtown night life! Directions to parking and access to the property was confusing however. Should include the garage address (which is behind the property on a different street). Garage logistics isn't the friendliest and is very tight. Take the small car if you can.
