We loved that the room was clean new and fresh and loved the bar in the lobby was nice to get home from dinner and enjoy a drink before bed

The hotel and staff were great, except for the bartender, he was extremely rude and very vocal about not wanting to be there. I was also a bit surprised that 3 drinks, in lowball glasses cost $56.00. They weren't specialty drinks, 2 Malibu and cranberry juice and 1 gin &tonic. I've drank in some pretty swanky bars and never spent close to $20 per drink for small drinks like that.

We stayed here for 2 nights to be close to family for holidays. It was clean and hotel employees friendly and helpful. Workout room was nice and free breakfast was standard fare and very convenient for a big family.

Josh was amazing - did a great job taking care of the customer. Thank You Josh - we had a very good stay because of employees like you.

Nice place to stay during holiday visit with family. Very friendly and efficient staff. The only drawback -- lots of hockey families, most well behaved, but a few kids (8-10 yrs old) allowed to hang out unsupervised in the breakfast area. I also heard other guests complaining about misbehaving kids at night. Not the hotel's fault -- come on, parents!

Night reception man rectified situation - given room with one bed instead of two - efficiently and to my satisfaction. Closet smelled funny - near cooking vent? Didn't use b/c I didn't want my clothes to smell funny.

There was a noisy party in the breakfast room when we arrived on Xmas Eve which seemed very odd.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. I had made a reservation for a room with a full kitchen as was described on *******, and had paid for it in advance when I arrived at the hotel there was no oven in my room as I had called prior to my arrival and confirmed with someone at the front desk and told them specifically that I would be cooking Thanksgiving, dinner, and thoroughly went through all the appliances that should be included in my room. When I got there and realize that they had placed me in an incorrect room. The front desk was not helpful. I pleaded with them to reach out to management and they just kept repeatedly telling me that they cannot pull people out of rooms that were not available and then the error was on ******* for pushing inventory they did not have, I explained to them that I had spoken with someone at the front desk at the property who had confirmed all the amenities that would be available and the error was on the hotel part when I reached out to ******* they said that they would try to get some type of refund on my behalf. They never did no one ever got back to me , I reached out to the hotels management explained to them the error was on their part and then I had to make alternative Thanksgiving plans. The hotel also never responded from their management. I am beyond disappointed at my experience and I do not understand why the staff and management of this property are not on the same page with what the amenities are available at the hotel.

Love the salt water pool. One of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed at in the area. Room had an unexpected extra pull out sectional.
