Great place to stay! ! We will be back. I’m ocean front view was great to wake up to.

這酒店很古老，寫着有浴缸結果沒有，天氣不好，然後又遇到游泳池關閉，住這裏衹能隔着窗户看看海，房間很小不值這個價錢. 但是酒店的服務人員非常的熱心幫助各種問題是這酒店唯一的亮點.

Our room, #321, was right next to the elevator and the noise of the motor could be heard continually throughout the day and night. The decibel level was between 50-60 decibels whenever the elevator was moving. Secondly, the room with a “city view” was at the same level as (contiguous to) the roof with all of the AC units, piping, etc. There were workers on the roof with the workers always 25 to 100 feet away from our window at eye level. On the Saturday morning of our departure, at 8:30 there was a worker operating a leaf blower (we left a day early). I have stayed all over the world in many different hotels in many different economic situations and this stay was definitely toward the bottom.

A/C not working, loud sink noise, shower head leaking more water than came out to shower. There are 2 elevators and only 1 worked and barely moved. Had to wait 10 minutes each time we need elevator. The airport shuttle driver was so rude and before our last piece of luggage was put on the curb he was yelling about a tip.

The beds very great, maintenance came immediately when we had two issues (previous guest had unplugged the TV cables and the bathroom plumbing was making a loud gushing noise). The only flaw was the use of fashionable "barn style" doors for the bathroom. These hanging/sliding doors may look trendy, but they are so loud it was impossible to use them in the night without waking up roommates. There is also no lock on the bathroom door. Otherwise, the hotel was very good.

I have alway loved this Cocoa beach Hilton. It's such a treat to stay here. I love the beaches and all amenities. Only on small issue was the hostess at the Salt for breakfast. Otherwise we loved our stay.

The toilet paper was rough abd not likeable at all. I highly recommend buying a much softer brand

When we arrived at around 5:30PM, our room was not ready but front desk handled the situation very well, they apologized and accommodated our additional brief wait with breakfast for our family. Hotel has plenty of parking and chargers were available for EVs which was a great convenience. From front desk to restaurant, staff was friendly and polite.

I checked into the hotel about half hour before checking time the clerk informed me that I had to pay an additional $100 for deposit I said that's strange I'm a Hilton Rewards member okay I'll put it on the credit card still $100 deposit I've never heard that before but okay because it's Christmas Eve and it's my partner's birthday they ran my card and they told me to declined I went to the car to get my phone thinking my car was locked to open it and I see the deal was a charge from Hilton for $ 367 that they denied said that there was no charges it was denied they made no attempt to help me and they wouldn't give me the room key even though I clearly show them the 367 have been charged to my account from them no key no money back I had to drive back to Palm Coast Christmas Eve on my partner's birthday stay away from this hotel management is evil
