Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Only issue is my room was an adjoining room and the people next door had their door open (wasn’t part of our group) so we could hear them loudly. But that’s not on the hotel.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety.

Breakfast was not good, food wasn't hot and there wasn't enough room for all the patrons. rooms were okay, but not the cleanest and the pillows were not bed pillows but more like throw pillows

Average motel. Shower leaked really bad in our room so the floor was constantly soaked. Poor lighting in the room as well

This property is not for single female. They try to put u in unsafe conditions. The room was not clean and floors were very dirty

The room was very clean & had the necessities unlike what previous guests indicated. No bugs found in room 211.The front desk staff was extremely helpful. However it is a way drive from MCO and the taxi fare was pretty expensive. Food options close but not easily accessible given the property is on a highway. Would be more convenient for persons driving. Very comfortable for a 1 night cruise layover if sailing to or from Port Canaveral.

Room smelled moldy when we first got there Fridge broke Had to ask 4 times over two days for towels, finally had to refuse to leave the front desk to get them

During our four day stay our room was never cleaned… No fresh towels… Went to the front desk to get some towels and the clerk said that I had to bring the other towels down first… So we never got fresh towels either…

The entrance was roped off and if a vehicle is leaving another cant enter. The guy at the check in was hard to understand and wrote a room number on the card that was wrong. Another person was in that room. Another staff person took us to another vacant room and went to straighten out things at the desk. He assured us we were fine to stay where we were. Then the front desk manager said no we had to move to another room and put us in one with a flashing light and loud people in the rooms around us. There are no decent restraunts nearby and the whole places feels creepy.
