ウェスタン フロント ホテル(Western Front Hotel)

I give a total of 4 stars (out of 5) The staff was exceptional and the room was spotless. VERY clean, VERY comfortable. Staff was super helpful and friendly, especially the lady working the front desk. Free coffee 24/7 was an added bonus. Location was safe and quiet. My only knock would be no microwave in the room (not a big deal really) and the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow. We only got about 3 mbps which is VERY slow. We were able to stream on our devices, with some buffering, but my son's video games lagged quite a bit, if they would even load at all. This wasn't a great issue, because we weren't in the room except for at night. Faster Wi-Fi and/or Smart tv's would turn my 4 stars into 5! With that being said, at this price point, with the room and staff as great as they were, even with the slow WiFi, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and with family in the area, we probably will.

Can't say enough good things about Western Front. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

9th stay here, and first bad visit, so I’ll come back, and hope this is an 0utlier. Fire alarm went off twice, so that may have disrupted them, but I woke up to no breakfast, a locked door that was supposed to be open, and nobody at the desk when I left at 8:00.

I have stayed there five times for leisure, and three times for business, and they never disappoint. Great rooms, great staff, reasonably priced. One of my favorite hotels in Virginia.

Very nice hotel! Love the theme of the rooms. Attached restaurant is excellent and prices are very reasonable. Nice bakery across the street with soups and sandwiches and ice cream along with pastry and dessert.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed here for the Oxbow ultra the weekend after Thanksgiving. Room was clean. There is a restaurant downstairs. It was decorated for Christmas! Would definitely stay here again!

This is quite literally the cutest hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in and the sweetest little town. I wanna move here!!

I guess it’s one of the nicer hotels in the area but it was impossible to sleep at any time of day or night because of the paper thin walls, floors and ceilings in combination with the constant stomping, yelling, scraping/rolling sounds, TV volume, etc… I can say that I left feeling less relaxed than I did coming in. If you need to stay in this area, I would recommend Bristol or Abingdon area hotels - they’re close enough to still get into the SWVA area relatively quickly and easily if needed.

The hotel was so cute and clean, especially for the price. It had a lot to offer and the staff we met were all so kind. Parking was also easy and the location of the hotel was close to a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. we will definitely be staying again.
