This was amazing vacation with my family.

睡遍全球 大急流城 希爾頓格芮精選安威格蘭德廣場酒店 大急流城的希爾頓珍藏Amway大酒店，由新舊兩個部分組成 酒店的老建築部分，原為Pantlind大酒店，再大急流城興盛時期的1913年開業，曾在二十世紀上半葉多次被評為美國十大酒店之一 Pantlind大酒店是Beaux-Art建築風格，是法國19世紀三十年代到十九世紀末流行的建築樣式，酒店擁有當時世界最大的鍍金天花板，巨大的水晶吊燈等豪華的裝飾 1979年，Amway集團購買了Pantlind大酒店，進行了重新裝修，於1981年9月15日重新開業，故居於大急流城的福特夫妻葉參加了開幕典禮 在老酒店臨河一側的29層玻璃建築於1983年完工，這也是今天新建築部分 雖然大急流城今天在美國是一個相對默默無聲的城市，但是，過去的繪輝煌，依舊散發著光芒

We loved the hotel. Unfortunately, my friend and I were charged $45 for vallet per vehicle per day. There were no signs stating this charge and this charge was never discussed at check in. I called the hotel and explained my concerns. The staff member told me there was nothing she could do for us. Very disappointing and will not go back.

Beautiful property and stay, the 45.00 valet fee (which I found out about afterwards) was very steep, especially after tipping as well..Also, I booked us a king room and was told upon arrival there were none available and we had to get queen beds which was disappointing but overall a good stay!

If was 3 start hotel be did story same as if Was a 2 star . Photos of room showed a patio ,room booked had none, everything closed before midnight, Valet team definitely 5/5 stars . Maybe in day time place might be ok. But late in evening forget bout it. They need to update the photos properly, If photos matched the room more accurately and then showing or describing tiny bathroom entrance to get in room is like trying to get into your uncles shed in backyard type deal . Entrance to get into room least this one yeah good luck if you have family with difficult items or baby in stroller etc etc.

Love the Amway Grand. Everything was great except for muffled loud music that went on all evening and all night. We have no idea where it came from. Called the front desk and they were not helpful. I think maybe they play music in sync with the lights outside? M

Great location - lots of amenities Pool was out of service for the first night - toilet leaked Room was noisy, until they switched us

Beautiful property. We loved our room with all windows and river view. Only disappointment was that most restaurants were closed Sunday and Monday.

Hotel and room were absolutely beautiful & loved everything going on in the hotel. Our bathroom did have a lot of mold/mildew in it—around the ceiling and in the shower. Other than that, everything was very clean.

Nice hotel that could use some updates. The heating is noisy and they don’t give you a good blanket or comforter. A thin blanket in winter is not enough.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our recent stay at the Amway Grand Plaza... Our room was clean, well equipped, and had a great view... The staff was friendly and very helpful... We enjoyed the onsite dinning as well as a few of the many convenient restaurants within walking distance... My wife was also pleased with her relaxing experience at Celeste Spa... We will be back in the spring!

The room wqs not as advertised in pictures..theres was no city view as sold to me. The neds uncomfortable for a 400 a night room...unbelievably paper thin walls... i feel i was sold a horse of a different color. Id like a refund

I loved my stay here. The Hollywood glam feel of the Amway makes it a beautiful and serene experience.

The room was very small, not even enough space for a table on both sides of the bed. The tub did not drain well so we had water standing in the shower. The security and cleanliness were excellent. Over all I would not stay here again, there are other less busy places to stay in the area.
