The stay was absolutely great - the room was clean, big, full and hot shower, people at the welcomedesk friendly, clear and helpful and the breakfast much more than expected. I will come again next time I stay in Coimbatore. Close to the airport - nothing missed.
Excellent service , awesome rooms , hygienic room , swimming pool and gym is excellent . Ms Ranjitha and Mr Sai Prashant and Mr Madan service is excellent , they ensured we have best of our choices in restaurant . Excellent buffet and spread across food section .
Excellent customer service by the entire team headed by the General Manager Mr.Samson. Best quality of rooms in that entire surroundings with all modern amenities. Yummy food at the restaurant with a warm service. Our guests also felt comfortable, as they were visiting India and Coimbatore for the first time. Our guests forgot their passports, it was safely kept until they returned and collected it even after check out. Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Zen Park team.

They gave us detox water to greet us, quick the check-in process, and offered lots of things to do including boat rides, guided river walks, indoor games, kid's play areas, turf courts, and more. Additionally, the food tasted delicious.
It was a pleasant stay in holiday residency We have enjoyed our stay rooms and service and cleaning’s all top class 24/7 people will be available in reception if anything emergency they will coordinate with us And personally I liked the room because Bedspreads Very new and Neat and clean
One of the Most Irritating stay at this Hotel. I checked in with my wife and 2 kids at 8 pm on 13/4/24 night after a very hectic drive from Madurai for 5 hours straight. First they gave us a room 113 which was completely with the smell of Smoke, in which we could not even enter. Then I went to reception and complained and they told they will put refresher spray in the room and tried to convince me to take that room. After so much effort , i asked to change the room and they gave me a room on the top floor 4th floor. I felt happy for that. But i did not know it would be much worse than the previous room. Exactly above my room no 411, they had their kitchen and utensils washing area. From 10 pm in the night they started throwing the vessels during washing in the kitchen and we heard the sound that someone was throwing the utensils on our head. I called and complained the reception twice, but they did not stop. Then i directly went to the kitchen which was above our floor (5th floor) at 2 am in the morning and asked the chef to stop the washing and let us sleep for sometime. But after i come down to room no 411, it started again . I went to the kitchen twice and requested them to stop. But it did not stop. So all 4 of us did not sleep till morning and we had the worst night of our life ever. I am sure the one in the reception who allotted us this room would have definitely known that this room had this complaint. Inspite of that he gave it for us. I am sure he has spoilt the hotel’s reputation to the core and I also dont know if the Hotel management knows it or not. Even after knowing that if the Hotel management is allowing it, then you are spoiling your hotel’s reputation. I am know a lot of members in the Hotel Association in Coimbatore and I am definitely going to complaint this irritating stay at Hash six Hotel. The Management need to take immediate action to save the Guests sleep and peacefulness.
